Unfortunately my Delivery experience does not compare to other reviews.
The Spa arrived in the back of a Luton Van with no Packaging or Strapping. It had obviously moved about in the back with scuff marks etc on our new Spa.
When attempting to unload the Spa, it almost fell off the back of the vehicle lift, if it wasn't for my neighbour, myself and one of the delivery drivers catching it. It could have been a disaster.
The grua (HIAB) driver was terrible, the strapping was ancient and covered in builders dust and dried concrete etc. The delivery drivers attempted to protect the Spa during the lift... however had the Spa been correctly packaged and protected for transit they would not have needed to.
The spa was eventually pushed into place on the terrace, I then watched open mouthed at the attempts to install the cover lifter... It was a disgrace, I contacted the salesperson and asked if they had ever installed a Spa before? They didn't have the correct tools and scratched the brand new cover lifter, in the end I had to intervene and give them my tools before they destroyed it.
The Cover clips were not installed, which I only noticed after they had left... There was No Hand over, No Glossy instructions, No guidance regarding chemicals etc... They just pointed at the filter area and told me to fill it there.
One of the accessories wasn't delivered with the Spa, I am still waiting for it a week later even though we were given the tired old promises of we will get it to you special delivery. The sales person blamed the manufacturer, however they allegedly tested the Spa the day before delivery, if that's the case, where was the quality control to ensure that everything was there before delivery?
Apologies are useless to me, Customer Service is more important.
€8k is a lot of money to my wife and I, we expected a more comprehensive experience.

Just a note, I had issues with Endesa and E Distribucion with my potencia increase, this meant when the Spa was delivered the Spa couldn't be tested as I didn't have enough Power, this is not Pool Spa Nerja's fault but everything else could have been perfect with a bit of care...

I also note that I was constantly told by the salesperson, "that my boss has been doing this 30 years" well I would have expected a Customer Hand over, a tick box document to confirm what had been done etc.. and then a customer signature to confirm delivery and satisfaction.

I have given 2 stars and not 1 because the initial contact with the sales person was very good and helpful, shame the whole experience wasn't as good.

I am sorry to say I cannot recommend Pool Spas Nerja; we will not be returning customers.

(The photo's I sent to the Sales Person... Remember this is a brand new €8k Spa, there shouldn't be a mark on it when it is delivered!)

I needed alot of very specific spare parts for my 10 year old jacuzzi, dificult to resource and needing alot of research. Anna could not have been more helpful she was patient and very thorough I was so impressed with the service she provided. I would 100% recommend this company they are extremely professional. A quick mention as well for the girls in the shop who were friendly and helpful when I went to pick up my order.

We went to Pool Spas Nerja to enquire about a new spa as ours was over 20 years old. We were looked after by Georgie, who was absolutely brilliant in helping us to choose just what we needed. The guys came and took our old one away and fitted the new one. We can highly recommend this company who have been helpful, professional and very efficient. A special shout out to Georgie, she is a credit to the team and really looked after us. We love our new Spa, thanks guys.

I contacted Nerja Pool's & Spas in the summer because I had a small leak in pipework in my pool room. It was a small job but needed doing. They sent a man round the next day and he repaired it it under an hour.
They came again in September because I had a dirty pool with a chemical imbalance. They sorted it out in no time at all and had it gleaming again, in time for my big birthday party.
Because of this service I spoke to them about a complete pool reform over the winter. They came out as planned, measured up and offered ideas that I'd never even thought about.
They provided plans and a very good price.
They are now half way through the big project and it's looking good.
They are a very good company to deal with.
