I had a scheduled cleaning for a vacant cleaning on 8/3/2023 between 10am-12pm.

I was informed that I should be receiving a call at 10am on 8/3/2023.

By 10:30am no call was received so i reached out to them.

Molly Maids couldn’t track the maids and finally realized the maids were already at the property location.

Molly Maids asked me if I can get to the property asap within 15 minutes.

During the cleaning the maids completely damaged the door in garage.

I was told a brand new door would be put in and still no response.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!

My husband and I hired Molly Maid for a moving in cleaning. We got scheduled quickly. This is where the good experience ended.

They showed up 45 minutes late. They didn’t clean thoroughly at all. We had dust on the countertops still. They told us our freezer had broken shelves (not true). They took the shelves and said they would “fix” them. Not sure what reason they needed to take them for. They left in a rush and didn’t stay for the full time they told us originally. They told us they finished the clean quick enough.

We realized it was still dirty and called them to come back and properly finish the clean. They were VERY rude immediately to my husband when he told them we were unsatisfied. It was a complete switch in demeanor. They came back the next day and said they would finish. The same exact dust spots on the counter still were there. They also didn’t bring the freezer shelves back!

We called them once we realized the shelves were still missing which wasn’t until a bit later (due to busy schedules). They claimed they left the shelves (so where are they…literally they’re no where in our home and definitely not in the freezer. When we called to inquire, we have been nothing but kind. However we are ONLY met with rude and dismissive responses.

Team 14 - Blanca and Carmen are amazing. They came in yesterday and made my house look feel and smell fresh. They are diligent and detailed oriented when they clean leaving everything spotless. Waking up to a clean house is priceless. Thank you girls!

I hired Molly Maid on behalf of the company I work for to clean a new property after remodeling, before a move in.The process was easy , the crew was on time at the appointment and very cordial. The homes ( ranch , 4 bd , 2 baths ) was clean in 2 h and 30 min. Beautiful job. Price was $390.00.
I am recommending them ?
