Excellent. Initially hired Maid Brigade to do deep clean. Incredibly professional and hard working crew did impeccable job. So impressed that I now have bi-monthly cleaning service. Amazing attention to details. The products they use smell great. Nothing I love more than vacuum “stripes” on my couches!!!!

Maid Brigade has been coming to my house for over 6 months on a bi-weekly basis. They do a fantastic job! They come in, clean quickly and effectively, and are out in an hour -- the house is always beautifully cleaned.

The ladies that come over are always courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend and we'll be continuing to use moving forward.

Great service! I have been using them for years. My house always looks great after they come. It's easy to add additional services to your regular schedule. Super responsive to any questions or changes, flexible, and friendly.

They will personally check in on your service to see if you need anything if they haven't heard from you in a while. Great personal touch!

Rolling Meadows Maid Brigade has been taking care of my home for 6 years. The ladies have been so sweet and very thorough and professional with their work. I don’t think I’ve ever had a complaint! The consistency is what I crave and they always deliver! And, the ladies put up with my dog Leo, who impatiently waits for them and runs out the front door to greet them… every single time!

I used their service for a few months and had to switch to a different service provider because of so many issues. Use them if you want to eventually run into the same issues as me. They consistently made the same issues even when I gave them feedback multiple times:

- Foot prints left in the bathroom
- The smell when you mop with just water (or little cleaning solution)
- They send you an automated email to remind you of the time window when they will come in, but this is meaningless because they often try to change that time in the morning of the cleaning day.
- When you call their office during their business hours, you get an automated message saying it's outside of their business hours (I called at 4:10pm and their automated message says it's not their business hours now and tells me to call back between 9-5pm, WTH?)

I have used Maid Brigade for at least 10 years. They do a fantastic job of cleaning, scheduling, and receiving feedback. They are reliable and trustworthy. I rarely write reviews but they deserve this one. They earned it. Bravo Maid Brigade staff.
