John Jackson was very professional and kind.

I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up.

I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up.
However, I do have a large wrinkle or bubble in the carpet. I was shocked when I saw it. I called the company immediately. She told me once the carpet was fully dry the wrinkle would go away. I am hoping it does. I am not going to rate the company at this point based on the condition of my carpet. I would rate the technician as 5 star. If the wrinkle still exists tomorrow, I will contact the company again.

I highly recommend this team. They arrived when they were scheduled, clearly explained the process and charges and completed the job successfully. My techs were very professional and courteous! I will definitely be calling again when needed and will be sharing their info to my clients also!

The tech was fantastic ! He explained everything and did a good job ! The carpet was filthy ! We bought the house and couldn’t get the carpet clean ! He should get a raise ! This was our first time using Zerorez happy with the way the carpets were cleaned !

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Zerorez, they do an excellent job. My tech Anthony had great communication with me to make everything work with my schedule. He did a great job between all my tile and carpet the place looks and smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend
