Daryl T was our tech and he was right on time and explained everything prior to start and was thorough making sure everything was at a very high standard. As a pregnant mama I am thrilled and so thankful for his work! I definitely recommend him to anyone in the twin cities.

Jimmy, was fabulous! He called to let me know he’d be stopping by sooner than expected, which caught me off guard, but I greatly appreciated. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He did the work fast and it well done, (at least based off of first impressions). I’m guessing once it’s dry, it will look even better! I’m very happy with the service and so far the results.

I wish I would’ve taken a before pic because my stairs were pretty bad. I’ve had the carpet for about 10 yrs now and this was the first professional cleaning (other than vacuuming and spot treating dog accidents). I did take an after and will try to attach.

The carpets look great! Nick was on time and earlier than expected. He was hardworking and nice!
I did pay for upholstery to be cleaned and there were some obvious areas missed. There was also this residue left on my hardwood floors after the cleaning.

This was my first time using this company. I had them clean three rooms and stairs. I want to acknowledge that the technician was pleasant and courteous. However, It took a full two days to dry….the carpets were soaked. I don't think that the water was suctioned out enough. I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and have never had that much water remaining when they were done. After they left I noticed their hose had rubbed the paint off the corners on my stair interior walls. When paying my bill I was charged for another customer’s invoice. When I noticed what happened I asked them to make sure the card didn't go through and was assured it didn’t and I paid again for my invoice. Today I noticed that they didn't credit the first charge so I had to call to ask for a credit, which the customer service rep couldn't do herself and transferred me to a manager and got a voicemail. I won’t use this company again. And I’m waiting on my credit….

My family didn't understand why I was paying to get our new carpets (not new, 2019.) cleaned... I told them they would understand after it's done.
They can't believe how great they look! Alex was awesome and did a great job explaining the process and teaching us how to make sure our carpet continues to look great!
THIS is why and when professionals are worth every penny!! So happy we did this!

Mandel and Jordan did a great job! We had them do our hallway, stairwell and living room. They were both wonderful and personable. They were running ahead of schedule and called to say they could come early. They were fast and efficient and we couldn’t be happier!

My cleaners did their best to clean some really hard spots, you can hardly see some of them. My teenage boys abused their rooms and although still far from perfect, they gave it their best effort and they are much better. They also cleaned my bathroom tile and did an amazing job. It's obvious we used our house, but the guys from Zerorez did what they could. Thank you!!!
