Extremely professional throughout the entire process! Thomas Temple called before arrival. Showed up when he said he would. Explained to me about the area rug I own. Cleaned and added a protection coat. Highly recommend this company and technician!

Love this company, and highly recommend them. My first experience was with an area in a room (carpet) where someone’s dog had marked. I used numerous odor removers but no luck. Even an enzyme that a previous carpet cleaning Co. used years back.

Very professional, and no issues after cleaning by this co. The product they used..amazing.

Second time…1 yr old puppy who piddles when excited or scared piddled on my couch, more than once. Again, numerous products no luck.

After pondering to ditch 3 yr old couch it occurred to me to reach out to this co. I sent a text and was so surprised to have a response in less than a minute. Next thing…I was on schedule for same day. Punctual, called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, patient, and professional.

Can’t say enough about my interactions with this Co. Highly recommend their services from upholstery, carpets, stairwell, and even area rug. All clean and smelling fresh after cleaning.

We moved into a new place and the people before us clearly had a lot of animals that messed in the house with no proper cleaning so the odor is noticeable. ZeroRex made the entire process from start to finish a customers dream. I spoke with a rep via text who dispatched Tom & Jacob same day. They were polite, efficient, professional and friendly. If I never need service again I will for sure call this company and request both Tom & Jacob again. Thank you again. (My house smells amazing!)
