I work at a hotel and we have had construction storage in mobile minis for years. Finally got them cleaned out and picked up. I wanted to leave a comment about the customer service I received. It was perfect. From the people on the phone to the drivers that came to pick up the units. Everyone was awesome and personable. It is hard to find anyone with great customer service anymore and I was in contact with at least 7 people. And everyone was great. Thank you!

The original price was fine but has sense went up almost $60 a month above the original contract price. When they drop off a unit you pay for pick up and delivery and then get billed a "market rate" adjustment after pickup to make up for inflation and fluctuating gas prices. Well that "Market Rate Adjustment" was over $210.00. What a scam. We originally ordered two units and the first one was fine and seemed decent despite having patches and other other flaws but the second unit was absolute garbage. The inside was rusted out and the floor was infested in black ant and had to be returned. Over all a terrible experience. Plus when they came to pick up our last unit no one ever called they just randomly showed up after several weeks after we called for pickup. Our property is gated and they where made aware of this prior to pick up yet they just showed up unannounced. Very unprofessional, over priced. I would never use them again.

Terrible experience. Our rep Harrison was impossible to get ahold of. Ignored phone calls, didn’t respond to emails, and the dispatch team was equally terrible. Our container was supposed to be removed on Friday and didn’t get taken away until Tuesday after threats of legal action because of the cost it was taking to keep on site.
No reason to use them ever again.

Horrible is an understatement to say the least.Who does this company actually hire to run and manage these facilities? I don’t know how they even stay in business? Good luck with 2024 because you’re going to need it to survive.

This whole company is full of $#!? I've been trying to get a container removed for over a week and they have not called nor shown up to remove it, even after calling and confirming the appointment. At this point they have cost me close to $5000. Guess it's time to take legal action since they won't take this serious.

DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. RATING SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE NUMBER. The unit we rented had a hole in the top, as a result everything was ruined, treasured poctures, irreplaceable items from my Moma, Daddy, grandparents...destroyed because of the mold. I had to throw away precioys heirlooms. Everything had mold. We had to wear hazmat outfits to empty it. I cried the entire time. My heart is broken.

Appointment was set for 7am. Pulled up and was told Thursdays are the day for a safety meeting. Then was told they will load their trucks 1st and then me. Left after 9am.
