i agree - don't do it. i had a poor cleaning service and i have been offered a marginal credit to use on their site. dont recommend! total waste of money for inexperienced slow cleaners. such a shame as i wanted it to be great

I regret to report that my experience with Wecasa housekeeping was far from satisfactory. The service was plagued by numerous issues, and the resolution offered by the company has been inadequate.

Unprofessional Service: The housekeeper assigned to my apartment refused to perform basic cleaning tasks and displayed an overall lack of professionalism. She was frequently on her phone, arrived late, and left early, all while neglecting significant cleaning duties.
Misleading and Inaccurate Responses: The feedback from the housekeeper that was relayed by Wecasa did not match the reality of the situation. Claims of unavailability of basic cleaning equipment were false, as all necessary items were provided and accessible. Moreover, assertions regarding a supposedly clogged toilet, which she allegedly unclogged, were completely untrue.
Poor Quality of Cleaning: The actual cleaning that was done left much to be desired. Not only were dishes improperly loaded into the dishwasher, resulting in additional work for me, but a mirror was left dirtier than before the cleaning session.
Inadequate Resolution: The response from Wecasa was to offer promotional codes for future services. As someone who has lost faith in their ability to deliver quality service, these codes are useless to me. Despite my clear dissatisfaction and request for a reasonable monetary refund, the company has declined to provide an appropriate resolution.
Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Wecasa's housekeeping services. The lack of professional service and the inadequate response from their team have led me to conclude that this company does not uphold the standards of customer service and quality that are essential for trust in such services.

Great service from Wecasa! Booked a 3 hour deep clean and the cleaner did a fantastic job. She arrived on time, deep cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room and was very professional, highly recommend!

Great experience with Wecasa! I booked a cleaning service for a Sunday evening, Giselle came and did the whole flat in 3 hours. Very professional, very fast, very friendly too. The app is super easy to use and you can book a one off if necessary. You can directly talk to the professional on the app and say what you want ahead of the appointment. This meant that Giselle already knew what I was wanted and brought with her the appropriate products! I can only recommend !

I had a great experience using wecasa. I booked a one hour Californian massage with Latoya who managed to change my living room into a peaceful environment. Very professional and relaxing. Super easy to book on the app. I can only recommend !!!

The pro who attended is new to the job and was his first time cleaning even though your advert says vetted skills. It was not a straightforward service for a first time customer as i kept showing him what to do and would appreciate you send an experienced skill pro next time you have a new customer as it will encourage repeat services.
