My experiences with Valley Restoration have been great every time. I've hired them to install vapor barriers at two properties, one in Crested Butte and the other in Gunnison, and install a negative pressure radon mitigation system at one of them. All of the work was done promptly, at a good price, and with high quality results.

In particular, Seth Palmer was great to work with for estimates, adjustments to the work, and scheduling. He responds quickly and did a great job keeping me up to date. The work crew was equally great. They were friendly, took care to keep my house protected and clean, and were right on time. My work crew was Sean, Ricky, and Cody; and I cannot thank them enough for the exemplary work they did for me.

Valley Restoration, especially working with Seth Palmer and Michelle Bisbeee, was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment our house flooded, Seth took special care to put my husband and I at ease and to assure us we were in good hands (we were!). We were very lucky as Seth handled both components of our disaster, the water mitigation and the water restoration work which made things move smooth. Our insurance company was extremely tough to deal with and Michelle and Seth held our hands the whole way through. They worked directly with the insurance company to ensure estimates were approved and that the insurance company had everything they needed to ensure our full claim payout. This is really above and beyond and such a HUGE undertaking. And for the final product… the work was absolutely stunning (and matched the estimate). Seth was so awesome about making sure I didn’t feel overwhelmed (2 stories all flooded) and helped keep me on track of what decisions needed to be made in order of priority. Additionally, if something I picked out was unavailable he even went the extra mile and gave me some alternative in-stock options that were similar to “my style” (which he absolutely nailed every time and really understood the look I was going for). I really appreciated when he gave advice and every single time I took it. I would absolutely use these folks again.

Matt and his team were professional and responsive to a sewer backup that caused extensive damage and required careful clean up. Their team was quick to place drying equipment, identify and contain the extent of the damage and were friendly and helpful in doing so. Matt was very helpful in navigating the insurance claim process as well. This is my second time working with Valley Restoration and they have been excellent both times. Don’t waste your time or money with them. Granted the inspection was free, took him less than 30 minutes, did not check very throughly and tried to sell me something I did not need. Ended up finding the issue myself but it was as simple as turning on a faucet. I would be happy to hire any other restoration company but them.
