Easy online booking and they did a great job. We hired U.S. Cleaning Service to clean a new house that we had not moved into yet. Booked online, left instructions. I showed up days later to find a sparkling clean new home ready to move into.
I love the fact that you can pick your appointment time and pay online. I would definitely use them again.

Easy to Book Online and choose what I needed to have done on their website. Price was reasonable for a Deep Cleaning. A team of 2 arrived, worked without stopping for more than 4 hours, and left my home sparkling clean. I couldn’t be happier. I will subscribe for a regular cleaning service in the future, they offer 15% discount for biweekly recurring cleaning!

I really like U.S. Cleaning Service - they do a great job (the three times I've used them), and this last time they came, I discovered that they had scrubbed literally everything, even my toothbrush holder.
The booking system is super easy, you can chose what you want without "surprise fees" , and you receive an email reminder that the scheduled cleaning was upcoming. Their prices are a bit higher than other but totally worth it. I see me using them for a long time =)

Good web form, great response time, easy to request and schedule service, timely, fantastic job of cleaning. I chose them because I like to use local businesses whenever possible and based on their reviews. It turns out the good rating is well-deserved. Using the web form to request service was a breeze. I was pretty impressed overall with the website, much smarter than some I've encountered and to me this is a measure of the company. I've been known to select a different company if a website is poorly designed. The crew arrived right on time, were thorough and left our home in beautiful condition. Thanks to Casandra and crew!

Visited my stepson house this week. The US Cleaning Service maid supposedly cleaned the house the day before my wife and I arrived. The only cleaning that could have been done was to dust the tops of end tables and sweep down the middle of a room. The front of the SS dishwasher was not wiped down, the bottom shelf of end tables were not dusted and the bathroom floor was supposedly mopped. I doubt this as there was hair all over the floor. The maid probably thought she made out well for getting paid to do 3 hours work that she did in one hour

After my previous post concerning what was considered poor service by U.S. Cleaning Service, they contacted me immediately to get to the bottom of the issue. They made things right with my stepson by sending one of their staff to his residence a day later and doing a thorough cleaning. I can't say enough about how they truly make the best effort to make sure their clients are satisfied.

The cleaning ladies showed up to my home on time, as delineated by the mgt. co., exactly as estimated. This being our first detailed cleaning, and while we keep a very clean home, my disabilities have prevented me from keeping my home as clean as I was always capable. When I returned home, I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness of my home, including our windows. Being ex military I examined my home and found it to be absolutely spotless.
I would earnestly recommend this organization to anyone who expects professionalism and results. The cost is more than reasonable for the service provided.
