Got over charged by over 300 miles despite calling out the error prior to leaving the location… not sure how this error was unable to be prevented I made sure to call it out to their attention several times. Milage “out showed 149146 however the actual milage out was 149416.. I told them twice ! Showed them a picture the lady at the counter took a picture as well, but they did not correct the mistake. Upon returning they charged me for those 300 miles!!!

5 stars for Jacobi and an employee who said he was a fairly new at UHaul who were very helpful. They went above and beyond by staying back to help us make sure our equipment (trailer) was properly installed.

4 stars: I was also given a loaner ball-hitch which I returned today. But I found out they weren’t supposed to do that at this location according to the female employee today, so it was confusing. Instead of questioning if I was at the wrong location a couple times (which I wasn’t because I had their address on another receipt) it would have been nice for them (today’s employees) to just simply “Thank you” for actually returning the ball-hitch. Most people would take off—steal it! It’s rare to come by people who have integrity, so when you see it, why not appreciate it?

On another note, Jacobí and the employee who said it was his 1st day were wonderful.

The first Hispanic lady that helped me in the morning was amazing! In the afternoon the 2 men at the front desk. Weren’t willing to help me I had to contact customer service to help me solve the situation I was in.

It's now 9:25 am and they're suppose to open at 9am. There are 10 of us waiting for the place to open. I will cancel my monthly storage and find someone else that is more dependable.
