We organized a move from a 30th floor apartment AND a 4th floor garage, to a house on the other side of town. I can’t describe how great Quan & Tremon were. The photos only show a small part of our belongings.

They arrived on time, treated all of our items with care and went above/beyond to ensure everything was fully boxed properly. They kept communication all the way through and even explained the complex process behind ensuring everything is packed in the right order. They completed the job on time, meaning the estimate was accurate.

We didn’t notice, but several of our boxes (that we packed ourselves) didn’t have full support on the underside, leading to a possible break during transit. They noticed this and proactively added additional tape. They also added some film to softer items to protect them from dust/debris.

We have moved all over the world, internationally and domestically. I wish these two were there for all of our moves.

Finally, reception staff on their phone line were great - very polite and explained everything before the move well.

Hired them for a move, everything went fine until they damaged a brand new item that was already in my home and the refused to replace it at cost. They offered me $8 as if it were part of the move and wanted to reimburse by the pound. Would not have tipped them had I known they were going to have such crummy customer service. They wrote lengthy emails in response, deflecting blame and questioning my “moral compass” because I didn’t like they what they offered. Hire them at your own risk, they didn’t do right by me, I’m sure they’re not always this terrible, they have some satisfied customers, definitely not this one!

Two Men and a Truck Moving was the best moving experience I've ever had. They were professional, courteous and fast. Best of all, the price was more than fair and exactly as communicated. My past moves have 10 out of 10 awful. I would highly recommend TMAATM and will be calling them again when I move to PA next year.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They broke our glass wall hanging and damaged/scratched up our 75 inch QLED TV because the movers stuffed extra items into the TV box. Multiple other items were damaged in transport and our wooden floors were scratched up while offloading - attaching pictures of all the damage caused.

Also, they under estimated how much space our stuff will take and after paying over $10K for the initial big truck, they charged over $3K for “2 crates” that were supposedly needed for our remaining items. Additionally, they never showed us any pictures of the crates either. This company overcharges customers and under pays their movers it seems. On filing a complaint about the damages, the company denied the claim on the grounds that there is no “proof” the damage was caused during transport and offered $100 for the broken frame.

Please stay away from them. Many other long distance movers out there to choose from!

This was our third move with this company. Everything went very smoothly on both ends. Information was thorough; crew was timely, courteous, and efficient. All items were carefully protected, moved and transported without damage or complaint. Fermin and his crew did a great job!

They quoted me a rental tv box with foam padding that was supposed to be offer similar protection to the original box. This was a total fabrication as it was just a cardboard box nothing more nothing less. Then when I complained about the lack of effort of the workers they didn't seem to care. Don't be fooled they might be known in moving circles that doesn't make them good.

Cute reply...one the person who replied was the one who prepared the quote. He stated they had a box. Not that one had to be made. If you cannot provide the box don't quote the box. One guy standing around while others work stretched my time to the exact limit. And of course I did not tell the people in possession of most of my things they were doing a poor job and I still tipped them 100.00 can't dispute that. Also I was told the move wouldn't start before 8:30 so I wasn't home at 7:53 AM when they called and said they were 6 minutes away. So you quoted a box you couldn't provide and showed up outside of the promised time. Seems professional.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They showed up late and wasted time during the move, even though they charge by the hour. On top of that, they billed me for an extra hour, including their drive time. When I questioned the charges, they blamed it on a "mistake" and mentioned making stops on their way back.

I had also paid for damage protection, but they ended up damaging my dresser, bookshelf, and TV. Despite this, they refused to compensate me or replace the items.

To make matters worse, their customer service was incredibly rude. They called me a liar and flat-out refused to address the overcharge.

I strongly urge you to stay away from this company. Their service is beyond unacceptable.

Recently moved and decided on Two Men and a truck. Ended up with three men and a truck lol and had the best experience! Jerin was very tentative and any questions me or my family had he was very open to answering them. Chris and the other gentleman (whose name I am sorry I can’t remember) were also very nice not just to me but so to my family as well. All three gentlemen were personable and polite and I am grateful for them and their time. Also thank you to Mike who was very helpful throughout this process and helped me when I decided I wanted to push my move up a day.
