Moving can be stressful, but from start to finish, my experience with Two Men and A Truck Midtown was nothing short of excellent. The process began with the friendly and professional office staff, particularly Ashley and Dave, who made booking easy and reassuring. On moving day, the dynamic duo, Derrick and John, were punctual, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care. I’m throughly impressed by the level of service and would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for a reliable and stress-free moving experience!

Edit: After speaking with the manager of the location used, we spoke about the issues I had and apologized for my bad experience. He said he would address it with the team and ensure it isn’t an issue going forward. Since ultimately I paid beyond the quoted amount range, he also offered to refund the amount paid over the quote. I am happy with the resolution but still wish the experience itself had been more positive.

This is my third time using Two Men and a Truck for a move. The other two times were great - the two movers were fast and super helpful.

This time was not at the same level. I will say, I know I have a lot of stuff; however, I listed all the items I had (esp big furniture) when I submitted my quote request so nothing should have been a surprise.

They arrived and seemed somewhat surprised at some of large furniture, such as my sectional sofa. I was literally moving from one building to the one next door - like 0.1 miles away. This should not have been that difficult of a move. The movers were there for 6 hours total and all of my stuff wasn’t moved. I was told they would go back to get my mattress and a cabinet they couldn’t originally fit and I was told “we will go back to get those, just be sure to tip well.” These were two of the items I needed them to move and I mentioned that early on. Since I needed them to move it, I then felt very obligated that I had to give them a good tip. I have no idea what the issue was - maybe not good at packing the truck, not a large enough truck - no idea. I had to spend that night and then all of the following day trying to move the rest of my items. I still have more I need to move. Not sure why I paid over $1000 dollars to still have to deal with moving so much on my own. Paying for movers is supposed to make moves easier - not stressful.

The one shout out I do have is to the mover John. He seemed mindful about my items and worked very hard.

For any future moves, I will definitely look at other companies; this experience has soured me on Two Men and a Truck.

Shun P and Larry M were amazing movers. They moved large pieces and disassembled and reassembled my bed in great timing. They were both very efficient in moving boxes and are great with directions from each location. Excellent communication as well.

Moving stinks. Plain and simple. But these guys rock. I had so much fun today I almost want to move again. It was an excellent performance.

Mark and Van moved us today and they were PHENOMENAL! Not only were they quick and efficient but we were immediately greeted with smiling faces. They jumped right to work and got all of our furniture securely wrapped to ensure its safety throughout the move. Strongly recommend these two for any move you have coming up!

Absolutely stellar service. Quentin and Larry were prompt, prepared, professional, polite, patient —all the good P’s! They took such great care in wrapping and moving all of our things and did not once complain about all of the stairs in either of our multi-level homes. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Great job guys!
