The cleaning ladies delivered an outstanding service, surpassing my expectations. They paid attention to details I hadn't anticipated, such as cleaning the walls and windows, resulting in a complete transformation. Their communication was professional, seeking my approval on each room after cleaning and ensuring every corner was spotless. As someone with dust allergies, the deep cleaning made a tangible difference. I was impressed by their promptness and ability to accommodate quick bookings. The manager even checked in at the end and came in person to confirm everything was satisfactory and I had no issues. I will certainly use their services again.

Her team, responsible for the actual cleaning, was friendly, professional, and displayed great attention to detail. Christa even came in after the cleaning for a final inspection to ensure everything was done properly. I'm thrilled to have discovered them and will definitely use their services again in the future. After agreeing to a deep clean of bathrooms, acs and window sills, with priority on bathrooms, I, was shocked at the inefficiency. Denied, even with pictures, I was offered a "re-clean." I agree, but wouldn't answer calls frm my#. Calling from unknown #, ultimately hung up on. Horrible work and rude customer service. TG for credit cards that guarantee what service or good paid for

My fiancé and I had a great experience with Two Maids about a month ago as their services came recommended to me by a friend. Two members of the team arrived to our apartment for a deep clean. They were kind, professional, courteous, and did one heck of a job cleaning - in & out, top to bottom. They spent about 2.5 - 3 hours cleaning and you could tell they were really working hard and really cared about doing good job! They came with all their equipment/supplies and also had a gentleman show up with them to drop them off and pick them up. He made sure that everything was good and to our liking. I definitely appreciated that the ladies cared about the work and were kind individuals. It made a difference and made my us feel comfortable having people in our home, as this is something we have never done before. I definitely would recommend Two Maids to Westchester residents. If you're looking to have a wonderful clean apartment that feels like new, I'd recommend a deep clean for sure! Thank you to the two ladies for their hard work, we appreciate it and loved the experience! Will be doing again in the future!
