We hired Tower's to clean off some OLD carpet that is on our church's gym walls - literally a couple decades of grime! The first process they tried didn't give the results we hoped for, so after a test area, the tech called me out to look at it and talk about trying something different. Even though they had originally planned on only one day, and the new process took longer, they still had people there every day until it was done. It made such a difference in the way our gymnasium looks! I mean, our walls are 30 years old so the carpet is never going to look new. But they look so much better, and I just like knowing they've been professionally cleaned. I will definitely use them again when we have need of cleaning and restoration!

Excellent! Trinidad did an outstanding job on our carpet throughout the house ! It looks great and the house smells fresh and clean ! He worked hard and is one of the best technicians we have had to come clean for us ! Thank you soooo much !

Towers cleaned our carpets the week of 9-1-2024. Technicians Micah and Trinidad were prompt, efficient and very skillful. It had been over two years since last cleaned, but they returned our (dog) den to like-new condition. They did such a great job on all our carpets and throw rugs that we are now looking at having Towers return soon to do the ceramic tile floors.

They are great!!! Emailed on Sunday through their website to have someone contact me in order to get a quote for a bed headboard cleaning. On Monday morning received a call saying they were on their way, technician was very nice, professional and friendly, came home, did an amazing job and even gave my dog a treat!!! 5 starts well deserved and reasonably priced!

Had flooding in the master bath and bedroom, soaking the carpet. It was Labor Day weekend, and as you can imagine most companies were closed. Tower Restoration came straight out though, saved our carpet, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the service we received from Tower's Restoration. I called on a Friday and arranged for cleaning the following Wednesday. Jimmie called Saturday offering an opening on Monday. The technician was courteous, professional and quick and the cleaning was very well done. We'll be using them again! Steve
