If I didn’t have to put any stars, I would. I had bad experience with this company COMPLETELY from beginning to end. I had call this company last minute. When I called I spoke to a woman named Autumn (the wife of the owner) and she ended up bringing two guys in to move my stuff in the U-Haul I had rented. These boys were very young, inexperienced and not trained properly. When they packed the truck up, I specifically stated three times I have boxes that have writing on them that says fragile on them and do not stack them up. He said it’s fine, and asked if I trusted him, which I thought was really weird to ask me. When I asked do you have lines or ropes to keep the boxes your stacking in place and he said no with confidence. When I met them at the U-Haul storage unit, I opened the truck and EVERYTHING OF MINE fell down on each other. My computer desk broke, my expensive vase broke, my dresser was damaged and the list goes on. The guys tried to blame my driving as to why my belongings were destroyed. As a moving company you should be able to ropes and lines and straps to keep items in place. It’s common sense. It’s completely wrong and bad customer service and unprofessional to tell the customer it’s their fault. They thought giving me a discount was helping the situation but offering to pay for my damages or paying of the damages would make more sense. I called Autumn last week complaining to her that I saw more damages and she claims it was the other movers that I hired that day which is a lie because the movers never actually packed anything up in the truck yet until I looked at every item in my storage unit. That is how I found more damages. She tells me she just had a baby and she can’t deal with my situation and don’t like how I’m talking. Last time I checked .. no one told you to have a baby, and you CHOSE to pick up the phone while you were in the hospital bed and third .. telling me your business is super unprofessional. I don’t care about her life, I care about my belongings that was destroyed in this companies care. She clearly doesn’t care so now I might need to look into getting a lawyer because I don’t like being ignored or disrespected in this manner. DO NOT come to this company. Save the trouble!!!!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I requested a move of a washer and dryer, transit distance 7 miles. The original moving team became delayed and another team was assigned. They arrived in a rented Uhaul truck, without the tools required to uninstall a washer and dryer (a Phillip's screwdriver to loosen vent pipe clamps, a wrench or pliers to loosen hoses, tape to secure hoses to the machines for transit). In addition, when residual water from the washer connection spilled onto the floor, the movers requested a towel at a place that was not my home, as they did not have anything to clean the mess with them. In moving the machines, rather than lifting, they shuffled the machines around until requested to lift. In lifting the washer into the moving truck, they tried to lift the washer up by the balance pegs on the bottom of the washer, a weak point, not by the bottom of the washer base. The washer and dryer were not secured with any strapping in the moving van. Upon inspection of installation, I found that the dryer hose was punctured and the connection end to the dryer crimped to be unusable. I had to replace the dryer connection pipe. After the movers left, I also checked the washer installation and the hose connections were loose. I hand tightened them further and then tightened them more with pliers. In running my first load with this new washer, I found that the hoses were connected backwards where the hot setting is to the cold water and the cold setting is to the hot water. I have never had such a poor experience with any moving company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, nor would I ever trust them to move all of my belongings in a full move. It is deeply concerning that I was told one of the members was a lead, experienced mover, with the quality of move that I had, with such very simple equipment.

Just moved from Dallas to Corpus and searched for different companies in DFW to help with loading up our moving truck and after reading reviews of how well of a job TMA did, I called them up and they had the most competitive rate and were available for my requested move out date. I couldn’t have gotten luckier getting the two workers, Josh and Junior. They were incredibly hard working, helped with the heavy objects like washer dryer, and they were just THE COOLEST guys I could have had come over to help. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I received excellent service from TMA Movers. My situation was quite different from most. I needed help in unpacking a commercial freezer. It was a small job; but, I received 5 star attention! One call to TMA Movers is all it took for me to get someone to come to my home within a couple of hours at a good rate. Kevin (manager) made all the right connections, made sure that all went well and offered to help after the job was done if it was needed. Josh (moving professional) was very knowledgeable, energetic and politely set-up my freezer and made sure that it was working. Thank you so much for excellent and fast service.

Wow! If I could give more stars I would. I originally booked an entirely different moving company that never showed up to move me. I called around and thankfully found Ken and TMA Movers!

Ken booked immediate same day moving services. He was very professional and communicated with me through the entire process. He also provided excellent rates for the day. The movers were quick and efficient!

I had two young men to show up actually 30 minutes early. The older man immediately apologize for being early, but he said he didn't know what the traffic was going to be like and he prefers to be early than late. I allowed them to go ahead and start the packing and loading my merchandise. I watched as they wrapped various items, which I didn't provide anything to wrap with. Upon the move they also unload my items and placed them were I asked. These young men were very professional and attentive to my fragile items. I definitely have recommended them to my family and friends. I would even to a stranger if they need movers.
