I got Hope and Brianna for my service and they are exceptionally awesome with their job. They didn't compromise on hygiene quality deliverable (I never felt this others before).

We had Brianna and Kelly come to our home. They were very professional and pleasant. Our home looked and smelled amazing. They cleaned baseboards, to mini blinds, to even making up our beds. We’re definitely booking with The Mop and Broom again! Update: We’ve booked premium maintenance cleaning every other week with The Mop and Broom. We’ve also requested Kelly and Brianna. Brianna and Kaylee did such a great job with my cleaning! They were right on time and took the time to walk through the house with me to see where my biggest concerns were since it was my first cleaning. Easy to work with, and very professional. Bonus that they understood what it’s like to try and keep a house clean with 3 kids running around!

Mop & Broom did not disappoint. Melissa was able to schedule a first time visit as well as a deep clean for me within just a few days. Kaci and Bella arrived right on time and after a quick walk through went right to work. They did so much for me. Everything was so nice when they finished. Like a new house!! I'm so happy and I can't even say enough good things about those two. They made a perfect team as well. Fantastic job y'all.

This place may be a good for your general cleanings however, for what I had in mind I was pretty disappointed. I requested a move-in cleaning which, from my understanding is a thorough, deep cleaning to remove build up dirt, dust, and debris. From the surface, it looked and smelled great. However, after a few days and upon further review there was actually no deep cleaning at all. Corners of windows still had cobwebs, and the inside of cabinet shelves not wiped; crumbs from a previous resident still present. I mentally took notes of the dirt in spots from previous tenants and decided to judge a good cleaner by whether or not the dirt was still there. My mistake by thinking that hiring this service would save me some time and energy. They had to return to my home two days in a row to "finish the job" and arrived an hour late both days. As much as I'd like to rebook because the cleaners were friendly, this left me out of pocket AND with more work to do. Not exactly what I had in mind... and unfortunately can't recommend or will rebook.

Mop and Broom staff were professional, customer service oriented, and very responsive to make sure I got set up just like I wanted. And Hope and Brianna did an excellent job cleaning my home. Couldn’t be more pleased. I plan to do regular cleanings and I’ll always request them.

I booked a deep cleaning. Everyone was friendly and polite. On the day of the service, the cleaners arrived on time. However, they wouldn't come to the house and parked on the driveway. I went outside and informed them that parking was limited and that they could park in my yard. I got a call 15 minutes later stating that the situation was "unsafe", and they couldn't complete the cleaning. I canceled the service. I was very disappointed; it was not the best choice of words.
