I'm here taking care of an elderly gentleman. The primary areas to be cleaned were his bedroom and bathroom, as well changing his bedding. I scheduled an estimate and they never showed up. After contacting them, they said they were here months ago (unknown to me) and turned down the job due to clutter. Had they shown up, or even asked me about it beforehand, they would have seen the home has since been remodeled inside and there is no more clutter. Thanks for wasting my time.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for the last 2 1/2 years. I want to thank the team, the supervisor and management for all their hard work and understanding of my situation. Multiple times at a moments notice I have had to ask for schedule change and they always have been able to Accommodate me. The Cleaning is Always detailed and thorough a fantastic job! All the ladies are Polite, Respectful and professional. My home smells fresh and is extremely clean after they’ve been here. I love their work ethics. I have a these two ladies that come to my house, and generally I like to have the same team because that way I get to know them and their work. These two ladies do exceptional work. They are very meticulous and detailed with their work. I am very happy with the service that I get with The Cleaning Authority. This is the second time that I work with them and always come back to them because I know that their work with not disappoint.
