Melinda and her crew do a great job making our home clean and comfortable. Melinda and her ladies are amazing! They were referred to me by my sister in law, and I’m so happy to have found them. The service is very thorough, and the prices are incredibly fair. I’ve used a few other cleaning companies in the Austin area over the years, and the other cleaners deep cleaning services don’t come close to the quality of Melinda’s company with just a regular clean. Highly recommend!

Melinda is an EXCELLENT cleaner and went well out of her way to support my home for the first cleaning however, her business model is not suited to be the contact person for a high volume Airbnb that requires stricter guidelines and time schedules .when she stated " Im not signing a service contract and I'm not getting paid enough to support your guest calls" I added a concierge to support her concerns, when they reached out to verify she was on her after a tenant left..she became irate, , Instead of giving me a formal notice when she felt overwhelmed she quit over a voicemail saying "I will not me micromanaged clean your own home" (I have the voice mail) the day before I had a tenant come. It left me shocked and scrambling. The two stars is for her lack of professionalism.

I’m so thankful to have found Melinda! She does amazing work, is so sweet and personable, and is wonderful with my baby and two dogs. She’s trustworthy and diligent and always leaves our house spotless. She has become a great friend and I just love the days she comes over to clean. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
