I cannot express how truly grateful my family is to Linda and her crew. I needed a last minute make ready clean for my MIL who was coming home from the hospital. I am from the Dallas area and didnt have any contacts for a cleaning company in the Sequin area. Linda was so kind on the phone and very empathic to our situation. They did an outstanding job! HIGHLY recommend them!!

The absolute worst experience with this company! To start off she kept me waiting for 45 mins without letting me know she was going to be late… after the ridiculous amount of money she charged (before even cleaning) and the other good reviews I expected to come back to the house being spotless but she left a bigger mess then when she started

I’m not someone who can afford to use cleaning services in the first place but it was needed for our rental company when doing a move out clean and it was definitely not something I’ll ever be doing again

Linda and her crew are miracle workers!! My home needed a deep cleaning before putting it on the market, and they did not disappoint. Working together as a team, they were able to deep clean a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with lots of windows in a matter of 5 hours. I highly recommend their cleaning services, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

We'd been looking for a good cleaning service for a while. Linda responded quickly and dropped by to give us an estimate. She and her group were able to add us to their schedule within a few days.

They showed up on time and did a great job getting our office space ready for an open house. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they worked extra hard to clean our floors which had not had attention for a long time (we rent our space).

Hoping we can have them back soon, and often.

Had these ladies out to deep clean a home I work at. From the second I met Linda I knew she was on a mission. These ladies came in & went straight to work. They work hard & efficiently. Very polite & personable. I was truly impressed with the job they did. Highly recommend this company. Will be calling them myself for my own home. Linda and team were great! They came on time, did a wonderful job both at my house and at my son's apartment (you should see the change in my son's apartment). I've tried others; glad I found Texas Cleaning. Highly recommend. Bi-weekly cleaning of house and monthly cleaning of son's apartment.

My husband and I just bought a house in the area and it was in major need of a deep clean before we moved in. I found this business on google and read everyone’s amazing reviews so I thought I was in good hands. I was definitely not. I am currently 7.5 months pregnant and couldn’t do the job myself so I put all my faith in Linda and whoever came to help her to get the job done. I unfortunately trusted them completely and paid them cash upfront. HUGE mistake on my part and not something I normally do. I went to check out the house the day after the cleaning and discovered I was completely robbed of $500. $450 invoice plus $50 tip because I knew the house was really rough. ALL pictures attached to this review are AFTER a $500 deep clean of a completely empty house. I reached out directly to the owner and she offered to come back and fix it but I turned down the offer because we have our baby shower tomorrow and I don’t have time for a “redo”, plus I don’t have any faith left that it would be done any better. She told me the oven grease would not come out, however after 2 mins of scraping it came up just fine. I do not know how others got such great service from this maid company, but I highly encourage everyone to think twice before hiring them for anything or if you do definitely do not pay a dime before they do the work. I feel very taken advantage of and screwed out of $500 as I was told there is no refund on the horrible job they did. I also attached a picture of the invoice (with my address scratched out) so you can see what was supposed to be done at the agreed upon price.

SUCH A GREAT DEEP CLEAN! I’ve had them out twice now for a deep clean and they take their time, they are thorough, professional and friendly. We tried a different company before and their “deep clean” was two hours. Mingas is so much more thorough! My shower heads, fans, baseboards, doors, light switches all look amazing. They dusted EVERYTHING! They move furniture instead of cleaning around it. Just a spectacular job!
