Due to reasons, I had to reschedule my cleaning appointment multiple times before I was finally able to finalise it, and Tenancy.cleaning was extremely flexible, no fuss at all.

On the day, my guys were industrious, professional and friendly. I left them in the flat, and when I returned later not only was it cleaner than I had expected, the attention to detail was excellent as well, very nicely presented.

I was after a friendly, flexible, fuss-free and effective service, and I couldn't be happier.

The team did a great job for us this week, cleaning a grotty rental flat before my neice moves in. Very thorough, made a great effort with the oven and loo. Everything smelt lovely and made it more homely. Thank you, will definitely use you again!

Wow what a terrible company. DO NOT USE!!! Ordered a deep clean. Did not even get a decent basic clean. Filthy floors, bits all over floors and surfaces, marks and smears, whole areas missed, window left wide open leaving my property unsecure. Bathroom poor, dust and cobwebs throughout. Extractor, door handles etc had not even been touched. I paid £285 for a full end of tenancy deep clean. Videos and photos sent and no suitable solution has been offered. No apology and robot type responses. I am appalled I had to spend my evening redoing their job ready for tennants moving in the next day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Cleaner arrived looking like he was half asleep after raiding his Mum's cleaning cupboard. UNPROFESSIONAL AND A COWBOY COMPANY.

Giving one star. The person who came for cleaning broke the cooking hob which costs us around 450 pounds. No one from the company has taken the responsibility.

I would love to be able to give them the 5stars as the cleaning itself is impeccable, but the service that could have been dreamy ended up being a stressful and costly situation. The crew was quite rude to start (they improved when we said we weren't comfortable) but they pushed the keys through the letter box when we specifically asked them NOT to. This meant we had to get an emergency locksmith to regain access and deliver the keys to our landlord. Sad to have such a brilliant service ruined by miscommunication.
