I have utilized many cleaning services over the years but never have I ever been as impressed with a cleaning than with the cleaning done by Superb Maids. It is truly the BEST cleaning service I have ever received. I consistently clean the house and am VERY methodical (and some may say neurotic) with my cleaning but this was on a completely different level. The level of attention to detail completely blew me away. Not only was the house incredibly immaculate but everything was organized in such a logical and orderly way. It was truly a work of art. I am so thoroughly impressed with Superb Maids and will be using them for as long as I live in New York.

Loved their friendly service, amazing speed and excellent cleaning skills. I had a stain on the fridge that I thought would never go away before my move out date, but the workers reassured me greatly and quickly cleaned it leaving it spotless. I absolutely recommend this place and will use it in the future

The team arrived to my apt without delay but with all the necessary equipment. They did a great job of helping me clean my apartment. They cleaned each corner of my apartment and were focus on all the details. Also they completed all additional tasks. Absolutely recommended!

I hired this cleaning service to do a move-in deep clean of my new apartment, and the quality was very low. Despite me selecting deep clean when I booked, the cleaner arrived with a bag of only cleaning wipes, rags, spray and paper towels. Not even so much as a broom or mop let alone various cleaning products to clean different surfaces such as the bathroom or stove/oven. I had to call and complain to have another cleaner arrive later with more equipment which I still don’t believe was satisfactory or constituted what would be necessary for a deep clean. Despite the cleaner(s) being there for multiple hours, I had to go back and re-clean what they supposedly cleaned because the job was very subpar, and they did not have the correct products. Overall very disappointing and a waste of money. Would not recommend.
