What an amazing experience ! From the Friday afternoon phone call with Ellen who is so professional, polite and knowledgeable and sending texts to confirm everything we discussed, to the appointment booked first thing on the following Saturday morning , ( a Saturday in south florida !!!!) to Brian sending me his location and showing up right on time, to his fantastic demeanor, skills , and clear explanations of the work he was about to pre form, to the beautiful end results . The price was fair and cheaper than my other quotes with a discount for a first time customer ! Overall a great job and we highly recommend this company for any job big or small. My house smells and looks wonderful . Thank you !

Steam Clean Pros came by to clean our giant CB2 wool/cotton area rug that’s seen better days. By cleaning the rug, we probably just saved $1200 (was less than $200). Hasn’t dried fully yet but confident it’s almost original condition. Andre was our specialist - hard worker, easy to chat with and a former NY’er, what more could you want?! Highly recommend Steam Clean, ask for Andre!
