Very informative, husband and wife team...they took the time to sit and wait for their solutions to activate on the couch and when it didn't work they had a plan B, and then a plan C. They were willing to put in the time and effort to make the customer happy. Most companies will just do a spot clean, collect money and run to the next place, whether the stain is gone or not. Steam Boss was patient, and excellent with their service. I have already recommended them to others!

We hired Steam Boss to do our house carpet and tile floor cleaning, especially the area that been contaminated by the cat urine. Steve and his family team came right on time, explained everything very well and answered all our questions. Wonderful communication before and in between. They worked nonstop 6 hours! Did a very thorough work and the carpet and tile look day and night! And got rid of the urine odder! We are so pleased! Will definitely hire them again!

The guys at Steam Boss did a beautiful job leveling our travertine tile! We originally wanted a travertine tile cleaning, and upon inspection we were advised minor leveling could be done to hide imperfections from the original install. They also filled all holes and removed damage from wear (life, kids, dogs). We were so impressed they even cleaned up after themselves, every drop from the sink to the garage door. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional. They even cleaned two area rugs last minute at my request.

Note: we went with a satin finish, we didn’t prefer a high gloss. Photos are of before (taken at night) and after.

Exceeded expectation! From the first contact to the end of their work with this family run business, you will notice the difference. Informative and friendly contact to schedule. Everything is friendly and efficient. They arrived early after notifying me by text. Steve explained everything and hustled the whole day cleaning and sealing the tile and grout. They did a great job and it looks wonderful.
