Carlos is reliable, fast, and efficient! They cleaned my rug and couch and everything looks brand new!

I especially like that they use organic products (pet and baby friendly). I am 7 months pregnant and I can't deal with harsh chemical smells-- the products used by Carlos did not make me nauseous or anything.

Above, I checked several of the services I called Spotless to perform, thinking that the rugs, carpets and furniture might need cleaning since it had been a while since I acquired them, but when Carlos and his assistant arrived, early and within a day of being called, they went through everything with me and convinced me that I did not need anything cleaned, that I and my housekeeper had being doing a great job of keeping everything spotless, despite having two cats in residence. They could not have been more pleasant and professional and I greatly appreciate that they gave up a job that didn't need to be done so as to save me money.
