Please be aware! I hired this provider for a deep clean for 5 hours for two people. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. They didn't manage their time properly. I paid extra for deep cleaning at already maximum rates per hour (€37.90 per person/per hour - I ordered 2 people…. so €76 per hour!!!!!), I expected professionals (see website). There were several issues including tardiness, uncomfortable phone exchanges, and unprofessionalism. The quality of the cleaning was not up to standard - there were several areas that were not properly cleaned. Additionally, I was asked to sign a form on a mobile device, which I found to be unusual. Furthermore, the service providers' last name and the source of the form raised some concerns (sent from Nigerian number). I believe that everyone deserves fair treatment and I hope that my feedback can improve their services. Our home’s video security system is now on 24/7 video surveillance. We have contacted Luxembourg Consumer Group.

My apartment has been cleaned well, however, the communication on the hours is not fully transparent and in the end it feels like bidding on the marketplace. I find this aspect of the service unprofessional.

My gf roomate ordered a clean up for an apartement. 2 guys showed up.
They barely cleaned the place.
There was still dust on some place. Smudges on the tables.
They probably just looked at the kitchen sink and bathtube. There was still limescale.
We spent 2hours cleaning the day after.

I have used SpicandSpan services three times now, and last time was a great experience. The same group of cleaners came back for the third time, and they were able to get familiar with my house and do their best work.

Lamentable, aucun professionnalisme. Nous avions réservé un service de nettoyage approfondi à l’avance pour notre appartement avant remise des clefs (qui devait avoir lieu le lendemain). Le prestataire, après avoir d’abord décalé le RDV à la dernière minute, ne s’est tout simplement pas présenté et aucune solution de remplacement n’a été proposée par l’entreprise (simplement un remboursement ce qui n’est évidement pas une solution alternative). Ce manque de professionnalisme inadmissible est vraiment déplorable et nous comprenons très difficilement comment une annulation de l’employé en question pose autant de problèmes de réorganisation et de gestion à cette entreprise. Consternant. A ne surtout pas contacter.

Have been using the service weekly for a few hours, for more than 6 months. Cleaners are always punctual, polite and respectful. Have found them to be thorough in their tasks in general and very responsive to requests specifically. We will continue to use this service and recommend the same to others.
