Ms Keyt (Kate) is wonderful and extremely accommodating. She goes above and beyond by noticing what areas of my home need a little extra attention. I was thankful to book spic and span services with her assigned to my team. She gives understanding and compassion in the state of your children’s toys being misplaced or small messes without guilt. Recommend!! But leave a day on her schedule book for me 🙂

I have used them once and was satisfied. I booked one cleaner for 2 hours and had her focus on my 2.5 large bathrooms. She did a good job cleaning and it was nice to not have to be the one to do it.

It was easy to book. I liked that I could choose to have them use my vacuum and mop and cleaning supplies vs them bringing their own.

I also like that I can just book a one time cleaning and not have to commit to a regular schedule.

Honestly, it was the worst cleaning service I've been a part of. The company contracts a third party to do the service. This business gave out my number to said third party (without my permission) that was confused about pricing and how many cleaners would show. This information was given to Spic and Span. The cleaner arrived (kind, polite person) on time with limited supplies. A towel with no cleaning solutions to mop the floor was unique to witness. Said cleaner spent 1 of the 4 paid hours on a normal sized kitchen window. Overall, in my opinion, the cleaner was not a qualified/experienced cleaner and was a kind person doing their best. An average person told to do the job. The company was responsive in coordinating the service, but there seems to be a lack of attention on services rendered by their third parties. In the end, after 4 hours, I asked the person to finish their efforts and was given a review sheet to sign and verify service. Additionally, there is an online review sent VIA email. So much potential for good business, unfortunately, that is the most positive statement I can make. I do not plan to do business with Spic and Span again due to the price not even coming close to the services rendered. I did pay full price, gave an honest review, if you're curious.

Spic and Span scam! I booked 2 hours and the cleaning crew was there for 1 hour 45 minutes. Then I was charged for 4 hours. When I inquired, I received a rude email saying my place was disgusting and it took the crew 4 hours. Their crew sent them pictures of a disgusting, DIFFERENT house, trying to claim 4 hours. The cleaning team runs a scam and the customer service agents are absolutely rude. I was then asked to send them photos of my apartment to prove they were lying. Just absolutely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and poor customer service. I do not recommend this company at all.

Do not book Spic and Span cleaning services. I had an appointment booked with this company for a home cleaning and paid a deposit beforehand. The cleaner not only didn't show up, but they also were not able to find another cleaner to cover. The customer service representative was responsive but I had to continually keep contacting her to get updated on the situation. The company offered to rebook the following week after I explained that I needed my home cleaned that day because of company coming. They didn't even offer a discount to rebook. Do not book with this company if you want a reliable cleaner.
