I booked a 'Move In/Out 100% Bond Back Guarantee' service from them over a month ago. Their team contacted me one day before the job asking to change time from 10AM to 6:30PM - which I later learned was so they could squeeze in some last minute jobs for more $. Before accepting their request, I emphasized that the condition of the property required more attention and asked whether they would be able to finish on the day at the price originally quoted given the late start. They said said 'yes'. They arrived 5:30PM (not the scheduled time) and finished at 7:50PM. A day later they directly took an extra $140 out of my account (without prior warning), because, according to their customer service team, they had to over work for two hours and there were some items in the house (which I personally threw out while they were cleaning). The cleaners at no point informed me they had time limits that would incur extra cost. I would also like to point out, there is not point paying the extra $250 for the '100% Bond Back Guarantee' service if they just keeping charging you for however many hour it takes to complete the job. Terrible experience. Extremely greedy business. Would never recommend.

The cleaner assigned to me has great attention to detail. Super easy communication + flexible and great rates for certain areas in my house I'm not bothered to clean myself!!
