Servpro of Central Tulsa removed my baseboards to inspect for mold due to water flooding my home after my washer overflowed. But when it came time to replace the baseboards, they declined to finish the job they started saying the job was "too small" and "would not be profitable". Now I am left with a pile of baseboards on my living room floor. Not too happy about that. Follow up: The carpet company I purchased from does not repair and replace baseboards as Servpro suggested. Customers of this restoration company should be sure to ask at the start of the job if Servpro will be restoring all they take apart or else risk being surprised to find out depending on the circumstances that they will not restore everything they take apart, as it was in my case. I am lowering my rating from 3 stars to 1 stars due to the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction shown in their reply. It is now November and I have yet to find a trim carpenter to finish the "restoration" that Servpro of South Tulsa County began but never finished.

Chandra & Jonathan have been excellent in responding to the garbage disposal leak at my office, that ended up soaking the kitchen cabinet. The follow-up, professionalism, and how quickly they removed the cabinet was completed in less than an hour. Highly recommend for any water mitigation and reconstruction needs!

We recently had a water leak in our home. We called Servpro and Jonathan immediately sent technicians to our home. Chandra came to check on the status of our home within the hour. Chandra has been more than amazing throughout our process. She checks on us daily, she is informative, and absolutely goes beyond customer service! She has been amazing! We were unable to find where the leak was coming from & Jonathan stopped by and helped us test several things. All in all this was a bad situation helped immensely by a dedicated team that went above and beyond. We would one million percent recommend Servpro!

Waking up to a broken pipe and water all over the floor was a very overwhelming ordeal. Servpro was recommended by a family member to call them. I'm so glad I did. They were in my driveway within an hour. They knew exactly what to do. They worked quickly and did and an amazing job quickly getting it all under control. WOW!! I can’t express my gratitude enough!! I have now used Servpro several times because of their excellent work, attention to detail, professionalism and friendliness!!
I had a water line to my fridge leak, causing water to go under my wall into my living room under my carpet. They arrived promptly and got right to work. They suctioned the water, removed baseboards, tested for moisture in the walls, etc. They ran machines to dry the floors- returning for a few days to keep an eye on progress and ensure drying.
They saved my carpet, walls and probably thousands of dollars, and insurance headache by their efficient work.
And their friendliness and professionalism was beyond what I could have asked for.

Since then, I’ve used them several times for carpet/ floor cleaning. They seem to do it all!!
