In January 2024 I had a tree fall through my house. Servpro of Nantahala showed up promptly. Once all inspections and permits were cleared, Servpro rebuilt 1/2 of my house. They had to completely redo my kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom and closet, and 1/2 of my roof. Kevin always stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date on the repairs. Their crew was always polite and answered any questions I had when I would check in on the progress. Highly recommend Servpro of Nantahala!!! Thank you Kevin for being so kind and patient with me during this process!!

Rex, Frank, Brian and Derek from Serv Pro were unbelievably good! I've dealt with contractors and subs for decades, and these guys were hands down the fastest, best quality, and most personable crew I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When you've got strangers in your house, you want to feel comfortable about it. My cat and dogs were licking the guys and getting scratches the whole time they were working!
If you need your house fixed, these guys will truly make it look better than it ever did before.

We had a pipe burst in our basement causing flooding and damage to our floors and baseboards. Since the first day that we were in touch with Servpro of Nantahala, we have had nothing but an incredible experience. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic with what we were dealing with. They were also extremely professional when it came to showing up on time, and giving us a heads up when they were on their way. As well as explaining everything they did step-by-step. They handled everything through our homeowners insurance for us, and when it came time for the repair work to be done and the floors/carpet to be replaced, they did another incredible job. We are very grateful for the team and everything they were able to help us with. I would recommend them to anyone that has been in our situation and my husband and I will always use ServPro going forward if ever needed. Rex, Shawn, Kad and rest of the team, we are so grateful!

As a result of a "mixing valve" in our upstairs shower breaking, our Bryson City, NC home sustained three floors of damage to ceilings, floors (carpet and hard wood), walls, and furniture. Our home insurance company highly recommended SERVPRO of Nantahala for our restoration and said they had very good experience in working with them. SERVPRO was at our home within hours. Rex coordinated the endeavor and procured excellent people for each specialty needed: Removing damaged furniture, carpet, flooring and installing dryers, laying new carpeting, re-finishing hardwood floors, painting, dry wall, etc. Literally ALL people involved were courteous, timely, and excellent in their craft. Our completed floors done by Chet Williamson of Franklin looked better than when they were first installed! Additionally, Rex coordinated with our insurance company and went over all the paper work with us to check and double check everything. We wanted our lower floor carpeted stairs to match our new carpet so they provided that for us at an extra charge, which we appreciated very much. You can NOT go wrong with SERVPRO of Nantahala. Some of the best folks it has been our pleasure to work with.

On behalf of my wife and I we would like to thank Servpro and their staff for the assistance during our recent water issues. Rex B. was especially helpful taking my phone calls, emails and text Monday through Sunday, before and after normal working hours. From arrival of the estimator the day after we called through completion of the project, Rex always responded to my request by saying "hay no problem". That gave us a sense of comfort being that we live some 1,500 miles round trip from our home in North Carolina. The subs that Rex used were all truly professional and did an outstanding job of clean up after they performed their task. I would be remis if I didn't mention the office staff being helpful in filling in and the signing of documents to allow permission to perform the work. I have told everyone about how well we were treated and although I pray that we would not have to go through this ordeal again, I will call upon Servpro of Nantahala again without hesitation. Water was leaking from upstairs to my downstairs ceiling through the air conditioning vent and on the floor flooding it. I called Servpro in a huge panic and they came out immediately, Investigated the leak took apart the ceiling and dried everything until it could be repaired. There was a smooth Communication with the insurance company. Everything was clearly stated to me . All repair work was coordinated and supervised by an efficient project manager. So happy they were around when I needed them.

We had some water damage and Servpro showed up within hours. All mitigation and then the repairs were handled quickly and professionally. All the people we dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My son caught our house on fire and after feeling happy that my kids were safe and the house didn’t burn down, I felt a huge dread over how to handle it all. Servpro did the job… but their professionalism and communication kept me sane! A big thank you to the team for being a ray of sunshine on an otherwise cloudy day. Great people.
