A motorist lost control of their vehicle and slammed in to the corner of my house. Not the craziest damage, but definitely not something I wanted to deal with on a rainy day. SERVPRO popped up with high reviews - I can see why!

Peyton, Damien, and Dustin came out within a couple hours of calling. They also called me in advance to let me know when they would be arriving, and were very friendly upon arrival. They had me go over what I needed them to do, and made sure we were on the same page before beginning.

They quickly got to work in boarding up my home to ensure excess water didn't get in. After that, they cleaned up a couple gallons of paint that were spilled in my basement. The paint had been drying for about 7 hours in total, but the SERVPRO team quite literally got on their hands and knees scrubbing the concrete to remove the residue - It was WAY above and beyond what I expected. While I certainly hope others don't have someone drive into their house, if it happens... Peyton & team have your back!

Anna Rost, Hayden Doubeck, DeShawn and one more guy and girl tried to take care of everything in the apartment I was living in. The owner made things difficult for them to complete their job and I have since completely moved out of that unit. But I do want to say they were all such hard and dedicated workers while they worked at my apartment and they werr all a pleasure to work with for what they were able to do. The only complaint I have was communication and showing up on time. I'm a very punctual person and I was upset that I waited there for a couple hours before anyone showed up when we had set times.

I would highly recommend them for their hard work and dedication and the way they handled themselves.

Ryker was very friendly, helpful, on time, professional and thorough. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood what he was explaining. He treated me with respect and being female not like I didn't know what I was talking about. It was refreshing to have a company with male employees treat a female with respect , kindness and patience. Ryker is a an honest person letting us know what we should and shouldn't have done. He wasn't trying to sell us anything he was sincere about what was needed not anything more.
We will do business with SERVPRO again if ever needed and we will be sharing there name to anyone we know needing there services.
