Cody did an excellent job with the mold remediation. Cody was always on time, called very day to say when he was on his way, and was very thorough with the removal of the damaged cabinets and wall. I highly recommend Cody and Servpro. .

Production Manager Franklin, Joe, Eric and their team were incredible from our first meeting with them. We had a major sewer backup in our finished basement. They had to remove furniture, lots of cardboard and plastic boxes that were completely destroyed. We have no basement entrance so everything needed to be brought up and out through our front door and garage. They made sure that the floors were covered and nothing was damaged as they brought up all items from our basement. 80% of the items in the basement were destroyed. Franklin, Joe, Eric and their team of workers were very polite and friendly and assured us our basement would be completely free of any sewage waste and smell. They lived up to their promise and the work was done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Serv Pro of Allentown, Western Lehigh County, if you are in need of these kind of services. They were the best!

The entire team at Servpro was great to work with. Kyle and the reconstruction team helped us restore our finished basement after a water incident and we were thrilled with final result. It did take several months to get on the schedule which is not surprising with this crazy weather however they were consistent with updates. Highly

The production manager, Chris Reed, and his crew were always very professional and polite. They did an excellent job getting rid of the dampness and smell from the spill I had in my basement. That always let me know when they were coming. Would highly recommend.

No one wants water damage. We called Servpro and they were on site dealing with our damage in less than one hour. They did an amazing job interacting with the insurance company. The overall experience with Mr Chris Reed and Cody was amazing. Just had my last initial meeting and they are both respectful, personalities are wonderful. From the time they came til the end. Communication, details, walk through, going the Xtra mile with my dog issues and not to mention all the extra texting to meet me was an absolute plus. Kept him in my contacts. No complaints from me nor my spouse.

Water in my basement but couldn't find the source. Called Servpro and Dan was at my house within 45 min, found the plugged drain under carpeting very quickly. He had Cody out to set up equipment that evening to start drying things out. Damaged material was removed in a day by Cody during 95 degree temps, this guy is a worker! He laid out the job scope, took care of everything on his own and most importantly, helped ease my mind about getting this all taken care of. Great communication, I always knew when he was on his way. Can't wait to get to the next phase and get my repairs scheduled. Everyone I have spoke with at this Servpro location has been a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended!
