Our technicians were Jesse and Ray. Both were very friendly and professional. Jesse always had excellent communication with me - he patiently explained the work they had done and the next steps, always with a pleasant demeanor and smile. They did a superior job containing the work area to keep the rest of the house clean and dust-free, and to ensure our pets could not escape through the plastic. With great care, they bagged up items and moved our furniture, including our delicate travel artifacts, ensuring everything remained clean and undamaged throughout the process. Miguel and Ray are fast focused on the job. They were very polite and efficient. I felt very confident in them both. Very efficient in protection of our belongings. Never stopped what they had to do and time well managed . Being I had my own business, be assured they are worth a lot more, then I assume wages today. I would like for them to be here when things are put back in order if at all possible. I know how efficient they are, and trust them to do the job with the professional manner they showed us. We had water damaged caused by our neighbor’s condo. Our insurance recommended us to use servpro of Laguna beach and Data point. The project managers , Jonathan and Miguel , are very knowledgeable and expertise. They assigned different crews with their experience in that specific jobs. I have an excellent experience with 2 technicians , Gio, had done outstanding jobs to remove and install a new floors including painting. They cleaned after they left our place. They are very respectful and hard working. The company and their crews are excellent. They received 5 stars with very good input from customer. It is totally true. We trust their work and integrity of their services. You are the best
