He personally returned to inspect the work once it was completed. Although a few parts weren't cleaned properly by his staffs, he did the cleaning himself during the inspection to ensure everything was perfect. Never ever book Serene clean! They have ruined my new hardware (door knobs, handles) and countertops with their inexperience and bad products! Initially, I thought that they had done an amazing job for our post renovation clean as the property looked clean on first glance however when we started opening our cupboards realised they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Especially the kitchen cabinets. We’ve had to clean it all ourselves.
One of the parts of the oven had come off during the clean and we had to call the engineer out to fix it. The fridge had not been cleaned properly. Our floor had some scratch marks on it as well and the waterproofing sealant had come off in the bathrooms and around the kitchen sink because of the products / cleaning techniques used.
Jack is very hard working however I do not feel that the company was equipped to take on the task and there seems to be a lack of knowledge as well as we had 3-4 damages. A lot of stuff had been left untouched so it wasn’t a thorough job at all. Very disappointed overall as we had to redo the cleaning ourselves and try and fix the damages.
Because the house looked clean on first glance I even transferred an extra amount over the fee agreed as I felt Jack had worked very hard however I feel there should have been more people on the job as on closer look, it was an incomplete job.
A friend booked in with Serene clean as well and they too were disappointed with their end of tenancy clean as it was an incomplete job and the house did not feel or look clean after.

End of tenancy cleaning: I had Tola and Remy and they were very friendly and assuring of my concerns. They did an great job!

Overall great company with easy and quick communication via phone call or whatsapp.
