I ended up in DC at a hotel that didn't have coin laundry. I'd never had to use a laundry service so after lots or research I decided to go with Rinse. They made it so easy and convenient and the price was great. Great communication via text and the clothes smelled very fresh. Plus they give you nice laundry bags you get to keep. Absolutely love them and highly recommend their services.

The quality of dry cleaning Rinse offers is FANTASTIC. Having your laundry picked up and dropped off in the evening is very beneficial.

My only complaint is that my pick up time/drop off times have been consistently closer to 9:30-10pm. I would prefer that it occurs earlier in the evening since I do have to go to work the next day. May consider leaving my clothes at the concierge desk in the future.

First time using this company since they had a coupon. Been using a different company iv been happy with. I had 1 comforter, 6 super light tablecloths. All wash n fold only, no dry cleaning. They three days to deliver.
I got a bill of $269 for this!
In which world do we pay $30 per flimsy tablecloth to he washed. I bought those for $25 for 6 off amazon.
They only stated price per lb on the app, and i never asked for dry clean.$40 to wash the comforter that i bought for $50, my mind is blown with these exorbitant pricing and bill.
This would have cost me $50 for all with my other service. $12 for each garment washed and folded. Mind blown! Ripoff!

I am a new customer of Rinse. I only had dry cleaning done this time. This saved me two trips to a dry cleaner. I don’t have a lot of dry cleaning done as I am retired but they saved me two trips. I wash my own clothes and don’t have a need there. I try to make fewer trips and try to make the trips I take more efficient like one stop shopping stores for example, bulk discount stores, and buying from Amazon and getting prescriptions delivered rather than driving all over town for stuff. So, this fits in with all that.

I’ve been using Rinse for a couple years now, and I absolutely love their service. It is very reliable and everything comes back perfectly folded and packaged. Even my dog loves the Rinse bag and would go with the laundry, if I would let him.

My first experience with a laundry service... I was so behind and I work full time... it would have taken me many hours over several days to wash dry and fold... well worth the money!
Clothes were clean and neatly folded.
Service was prompt and kept you updated.
Picked up and delivered on time.

This was the first dry cleaner I tried after moving to the DC area from Pittsburgh, and I can say it was the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. My items came back unclean and were somehow wrinkled beyond belief (I am realizing my coats were returned in horrible condition the more I look at these pictures) Although they offered a credit to have the suits and coats cleaned again, I will not be letting these people touch my garments again. I suspect the reviews must be fake, or I just had the worst possible luck with them.
