Regal Maids first attracted me because of their name, which I saw in an ad many years ago. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years now. Their crews are reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. Every attention is paid to detail, and I request the same crew so they are familiar with my likes and dislikes. The pricing is extremely reasonable for a job well done. If you need a cleaning for a special event, or need to cancel because something unexpected came up, they are very accommodating. Their owner(s) are outstanding, and personally came to give me an estimate many years ago... and I will remain a fan!

We have used Regal Maids for a few years now. We have a fairly small job site for them, and they were the only company which would take on so small of a job. They are diligent and thorough and always call ahead to confirm their arrival. I was on site the first time they came in and was amazed at how fast and organized they were! In and out in a very short time! They never skip any of the details. I would highly recommend them!

We've used Regal Maids for the last 10yrs and that should speak volumes! Other cleaning services just don't compare. The ladies are wonderful, office staff is fantastic, polite, and professional. I highly recommend Regal Maids! Oh....and Regal Window Cleaning service as well. They've rescreened and cleaned my windows a few time. Very reasonably priced, professional, and WOW what a difference!! (User: Alex Richards is my son and I have no clue what he has done with my Google login :0).

I was recommended Regal Maids by my realtor. I used them to clean a house before we moved in. It was a new house (new construction) so I just really needed floors and surfaces clean to get all that fine dust left from construction. When I came to check the house 2 days before we moved, the floors had not been cleaned and neither had the countertops. When I called to ask and make sure this was included in the service, I was assured that it was. They were very responsive and eager to make it right and sent someone to reclean it very next day, which is why I give 3 starts.Unfortunately, the same issues were there. The floors were wet in spots so the obviously did some light mopping, but unfortunately it just wasn't clean. Some places like the pantry and hallways were just not mopped at all. We didn't have time to get a new cleaning service in the house before we moved so the bottoms of my families feet were black from walking around and moving things. I was just disappointed in the service.

We moved into a home recently that had been "cleaned" by this service. The place was filthy, with dried ketchup in cabinets and outlets in the kitchen, dirty cabinets throughout, chewing gum stuck to wall upstairs, lego toys all in corners of carpet, dust on every surface, dirty sinks and walls not wiped down and extremely dirty throughout. Toilets not even touched. They also do not clean windows, which is the first time I have encountered a service that does a move out cleaning but doesn't touch windows. I could go on and on and I wish I could add pictures because the proof is in that. I will never hire this "cleaning" crew EVER. Oh and the wood floors were not cleaned. After a stressful move, my husband retiring from the military and taking on a new career, my twins graduating and both going to basic training, I really did not expect to or want to clean a home that I just moved into. They offered to come back but we declined simply because their standard has been set and since the lady feels that 4 hours for a 3000 square foot home is ample time to get it move in ready tells me the bar is extremely low, and I can do a better job. I suggest hiring them with these things in mind. I will hire elsewhere and while I did not pay for this service because we were moving in, someone did and I would be upset if it were me. The only good note is that the two ladies arrived on time for us to show them the filth their team did not clean up and they were cordial and polite to us, not really apologetic though.
