If I could rate no stars and still write a review, I would. I booked Pro Touch Cleaners to clean our home before we moved back to Boise from Seattle. They charged us over $500, with the assurance that the home would be move in ready. The cleaners they sent spent less than two hours in the home and did nothing outside of making it appear that they had cleaned (making a design out of paper towels). Despite what they might say, the house was NOT cleaned. I’ve attached photos that show the quality directly after they left. We spent several hours cleaning and mopping ourselves, which was beyond frustrating. The house didn’t smell clean, the corners had debris, and things weren’t properly wiped down. When we reached out to express our frustration, customer service was anything, but helpful. Nikki, the operations manager, actually laughed at us on the phone and made it seem like we were lying. I would avoid this company at all costs!! Literally go anywhere else. Their reviews also seem scammy so I definitely recommend sorting by worst to see others that have had the exact same terrible experience.

My fiancée and I booked the clean a week before moving in, and when we arrived, it was clear the house was hardly touched. Our ring/emails show they were there for less than two hours.

We had to mop, dust, and vacuum ourselves over a holiday weekend. When we reached out to voice our concerns, the response was “per the terms and conditions you didn’t reach out within 48 hrs so we can’t do anything” instead of trying to help us we felt in the wrong for being out hundreds of dollars and with a dirty house.

When we explained we were not physically able to inspect the house, they held true to the “policy.” After many delayed responses and “apologies” from them confirming they did not provide the service and that our situation was an example for the next team meeting, they offered a $75 credit.

We continued to receive conflicting information and the “policy” supposedly states they won’t refund more than 30% of the total cost regardless of outcome. We settled with a refund less than that just to move on.

We booked pro touch for the quality reviews, but it’s clear based on the common themes in the negative ones here that refunds for the failure to deliver agreed upon service will not occur regardless of how much they admit they are wrong.

The attitude and handling of our situation made it clear this company is not willing to make it right when they mess up. I will not work with them again.

Blake did a wonderful job. He came on time, was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do, gave me a quote on the spot for more work (carpet cleaning our stairs) and what we had originally booked for (4 dining room chairs), was very personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond. Thank you for doing such a good job. We will definitely be return clients.

Hired them for a move out clean. Never again. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They called my property manager and I around 3:45 letting us know they were arriving late. They were supposed to arrive around 1:00 or 2:00 to complete the cleaning. Apparently they don't work past 5:00.
They completely left the oven unclean, didn't clean what was asked with window tracks and didn't clean the light fixtures or kitchen floors. Any cleaner knows you are supposed to clean from the top down and big items first. I tried to give them a chance to make it right and even sent photo's. They are giving me the run around and asking for more money. They just need to do their job and not send tired girls out at the last minute. We had the house painted, and put in new carpet. The only thing to clean in the house was the bathrooms and kitchen. Not impressed at all.

I’m very thankful. Our house smells so good! I just want to say thank you because I get very self conscious about my home being dirty, and I truly have tried everything to try to keep it clean but I have realized I just need help! So if someone is reading this and is on the fence about hiring a cleaner- take it from me (I’m not rich) it’s SO worth it!

I’m sure others feel weird about having someone clean your home, but they make you feel like a friend, and it’s not weird.
Also I work from home, and so does my partner! They were so efficient, courteous, and mindful of us.

Also the photos I attached- I didn’t have time to declutter everything- yet they turned my messy piles into this eye appealing cozy/lived-in aesthetic! Thank you for cleaning those pans that were on the stove! THANK YOU 100x I wish I had photos of what it looked like before!
