I had Phoenix 5 Star do a full paint correction and apply a ceramic coating on my black 2019 mustang gt. I’m pretty picky and have only hand washed the car since I purchased it 2 years ago. Detailed reason why booked with Phoenix 5 Star:
I had previously scheduled an appointment with another business who urged me to call the next day after booking my appointment online to ensure that they’re online booking process was working correctly. I did call the next morning as suggested. I was hung up on by the woman who answered the call and the moment I said “hello” she hung up! More than likely due to my number having a different area code from another state. I’ve been in Abilene for 7 years. I did not receive a call back, nor did I receive any kind of confirmation either by email or confirming call as to the appointment I scheduled, which is for 9/23. I will not make another call to that business to cancel either!!! So come Monday morning they will have no car!
I run our business and this is no way to treat a Customer, If the call was lost, my number was still on the call log!

Just got my truck back from Phoenix 5 Star Elite Auto Detail after having them apply the System X Max ceramic coating and Interior coating to my vehicle. Just want to say couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. The vehicle looks like a mirror now and the exterior is extremely glossy. I had to change my appointment time 3 times due to some delays in picking my vehicle up from the dealership, and every time I called to change my appointment, they were very accommodating and able to get me in within the week. They worked on my vehicle throughout the weekend where I had a Sunday pickup time and walked me through the entire process of registering the warranty and what to do on my end so I can take care of my coating as far as washing recommendations. I will be recommending all future friends and family to phoenix for their detailing and ceramic needs.
