They did an amazing job with my messy and clutter apartment! They organized my stuff in a way that I wouldn't have to hunt for them, but put them in places that were more practical and useful. The ladies were professional, pleasant, punctual, and did an absolutely perfect job! I am definitely going to use their services them again. 😉

I hired Paula’s cleaning to do a deep clean of my townhouse. The two ladies paid lots of attention to detail and made my 7 year old stainless steel appliances and stove look brand new. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations from the tiny rose on my toilet paper, reorganizing my toiletries and my house smelled so wonderful! Even my cat smelled clean. Thank you Paula’s Cleaning. I can enter thé holiday season feeling my home is fresh.

I agreed upon a standard cleaning with Julia which is 2 hours. That being said only 1 person was sent to my home. There is no way 1 person can clean a 5 room home alone in that amount of time. I will add the person sent was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I have no complaint with her WHATSOEVER! Beware by sending only 1 person for a 2 hour cleaning is their way of getting more money from you for an extra hour. I will also add that no beds needed to be made, one bathroom is never used and everything in my house is in place, so it's dusting, vacuuming and washing floors. Very disappointed that I was led to believe that 2 people would be coming. If 2 people were sent my house would have been cleaned in 2 hours no problem.

I would have stopped and left my review as is but received a few text messages from Julia telling me that I misunderstood what I was told. That being said I was told "MY TEAM" will clean my house NOT ONE of my team will clean my house. I had/have a cleaner that cleans by herself and when I spoke with Julia I told her this and told her I was looking for it to be quicker, that was the reason for me trying her cleaning service, which was $80 more than what I usually pay. Honestly, she should have just left it as is and moved on. Now I will say, since the cleaner that came to my house and was unable to finish two rooms was absolutely fabulous in doing what she was able to do, but I would not recommend Paula's Cleaning Service due to the unprofessionalism of the management. I actually blocked her because I refuse to go back and forth with someone that has to have the last word, especially when it's a service I'm paying for.

We have been using this service for almost 2 months now. Vivioli cleans our house and she does an amazing job!!! She is very thorough, thoughtful, and always leaves little surprises with the blankets, towels, toilet paper (roses) and paper towels. I could not be happier with the services that we get from her - She's just terrific! I highly recommend!!

It would be great if I could leave them Zero stars but unfortunately, that’s not an option. I booked them for an emergency same -day cleaning for three hours, plus an additional hour that included walls and baseboards. I also agreed separately to have them take care of some dishes as well. Not only were the walls are baseboards left untouched, the floors weren’t done, and, in spite of their claims that they stayed the entire time, the timer on the door lock and ring doorbell told me that she was here for less than three hours. This was after I asked her to only focus on one bedroom, two bathrooms, then the living room and kitchen . She showed up well over an hour late because of traffic and I was fine with that, I even asked her to help herself to some coffee after that long drive and kept my friend away from the home longer than necessary to make sure they had adequate time. Their solution was to offer me half of the extra fee I paid to have the walls and baseboards ignored . You couldn’t pay me to use them again.

What an amazing experience!! Our cleaner came on time (actually early!) she was super kind and friendly. Although she did not speak strong English, she had a cool app on her phone and translated everything so I knew exactly what she needed and I could show her around. My home is cleaner than it has been in a very long time! She spent a lot of time and paid attention to details. Our home is spotless, and it was left with a wonderful citrus scent. I cannot express how pleased I am with this service. I will definitely be reaching out to them again and would be happy to recommend them! THANK YOU!!!

A wonderful job done. Patricia our cleaning technician did a deep clean for us. They left everything very clean and sparkling. They were very polite and efficient. Would highly recommend their service!!

I have always been able to count on Paula's Cleaning. From the different companies I have used, this was easily my favorite. They are always on time, do a superb job and the house feels beautiful and welcome when we leave. They even surprised us with a lovely set table for Christmas last year. Do not hesitate to hire them, they are worth every penny paid.
