Perfect experience from the start. I requested a quote and was offered a free inspection of the fabric of my couch , the crew showed up in my place in less than an hour .

I was given the options to clean my couch that was 10 years old and I chose the full treatment and I was so happy to see my couch back to the day I purchased it, clean, smells so good and the color is back.

The did such an amazing job on my couch that I gave them all my rugs to clean as well.

Will always get my rugs and upholstery cleaned by organic NYC.
