Orchid Maids completed a move-out deep clean of the home we sold a few weeks ago. Let’s just say that the need for a DEEP clean is an understatement. They left it spotless! We are now using them for regular cleaning at our new home. It sparkles and smells wonderful when they are finished. The staff are as warm as they are highly skilled. Highly recommend!!

I hired the Orchid Maids to clean a house I was going to rent out. The previous tenants were older and lived there for 25+ years. They had dementia and did the best they could with cleaning everyday things but it needed a deep cleaning. I called, set up a date and time. The workers arrived on time and ready to work. We went over what the job entailed and off to work they went. They did not stop until it was done. I was very pleased with the work they did. It was so much more than I expected. They were very professional and friendly. You could tell they took pride in their work.
I would most definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them.

We just bought this house less than a month ago and the sellers were disgusting people + had a ton of animals. I tried so hard to do it myself but it was just too much for one person. Enter Orchid Maids.

We ordered the "move in" service -- even though we had already moved in. 1 hour before Luz and Jesiel arrived, a tree took the power lines down and we lost power. To say that they both went ABOVE AND BEYOND to do a great job anyway, would be an understatement.

Hours later the power finally came back on and they just rolled with it. Super friendly, thorough and hard-working.

FINALLY we can enjoy our new home! 10/10 highly recommend!

Very happy with the deep clean on my home. They, 3 cleaners, were on time, worked hard for 6 hours without stopping. My kitchen came out looking brand new again. I will definitely use them yearly for a deep clean! Very professional from my first call for information until the last cleaner left the house.

My husband hired the Orchid maids to do a deep clean of our 4bd, 2 bath home this week as a birthday gift for me. I was thrilled at the idea. We are a busy family with a relatively clean home. But a fall cleaning was definitely in order. As someone who worked for a cleaning company years ago who worked in teams of 4, that had a systematic approach to cleaning, I was ecstatic to have a professional company coming out to do that for us.
On the day of cleaning I unfortunately had to work but was able to meet the team of two cleaners that came out and showed them around my home. They were pleasant and friendly and got to work right away. I instructed my husband (who was working from home that day) more then once that the end inspection was very important and told him multiple things to check before they left. It was a mistake that I could entrust my husband with that task. They arrived at 8:30 and left at 1:00 pm. For the most part I was pleased initially.. it was wonderful to see most of the tasks completed that I hadn’t been able to get to recently (Ceiling fans, interior windows, showers). However upon further inspection I realized the dusting job was far from complete. And I don’t mean the hard to reach areas… multiple surfaces were either missed completely or only done part way. Frames hanging in my bathroom were not cleaned and dirty hand prints remained on the doors/door frames. There were other things I had hoped we would be done as part of a “deep cleaning” but this company didn’t offer that as part of their routine deep cleaning, instead were add on’s. Again my husband sought out this company and made all of the arrangements so I wasn’t aware of what was included until after the fact. However for 500+$ I had hoped for more of a WoW factor. Please make sure to read carefully what services they do and don’t provide, and absolutely do a thorough inspection before they leave. I don’t think we will use Orchid maids in the future.

I called just before closing time to schedule a cleaning of my new home. The owner was very pleasant and didn’t rush through the scheduling even though it was past closing time. When her crew arrived on the scheduled day and time, Jackie met me with a smile and was very personable. After a quick walk through she dove right into her work. She assured me that when she left I would not smell the previous owners dog. She was right, no wet dog smell. My new home was pristine. Jackie and her partner Beverly cleaned everything inside and out top to bottom. I could not have asked for a better job unless they remodeled my kitchen at the same time. All In all I would highly recommend the Orchid maids team for any home cleaning!

I purchased this house for a flip house. The people who owned it prior to me buying it left it filthy. Three employees of the orchid maid service came and clean the entire house top to bottom. They were professional and had great Attitudes for the entire time that they were there cleaning. They did an excellent job. House Was super clean when they were done.
