We requested a deep clean for our 2b apt (~1000sq ft). She was very nice, but this was not a deep clean. I recognize she may have needed more time, but she never communicated that. We would have been happy to schedule another day at an hourly rate vs. set rate. Dust all around, there was still splatter on the stove and tile around it (not inside, speaking of the outside). Baseboards were not done at all - which, again, I understand if she needed more time, but at least the main areas could've been wiped. I was under the assumption that it was all outside surfaces. She clearly didn't move anything to wipe and just did portions of it (see the nightstand..). I didn't stay during her cleaning and maybe I should have to better understand what was being done for a "deep clean".

Again - she was super nice and the scheduling was great - very quick and great response time.

The cleaners were great, I appreciated that they wore masks the whole time. They were quite thorough, they even cleaned out our baby stroller. We're planning on hiring them again in the future.

I honestly wish I could put less than one star this was by far the worst service that I’ve ever had! I lack having availability often so it was imperative that I get a deep cleaning today. After researching through so many companies I came upon this one that offered same day services. I wanted to get it handled early so that I could finish everything else I had to do for the day. I reached out to them around 9 am and booked the deep cleaning for noon it wasn’t until well after noon that I received the next correspondence stating that someone would be by around 2. At this moment I had to push my entire day back just to accommodate the 2 pm timing. Now 2 pm passes by and I get nothing but crickets I reach out again to see what was going on because it was going on 2:30 /3 pm I was then told the person that would be coming that her vacuum broke and she’s headed to buy a new one and they would follow up with an update… fast forward 5 pm get here when she comes through the gate I told them to give me s call so that I could open it for them and have step by step instructions on where my building and apartment were located. So after she left the gate it took almost another 15/20 mins so long that my fiancé and I had to go down to find her. She had nothing but a bucket and a small dirt devil no towels no trash bags no cleaning supplies. Once she got to my apartment she told me she would not clean my home today because she was told that it would be a normal cleaning plus a nice tip. (Even for a normal cleaning I would expect her to have cleaning supplies and etc,) after reaching out to the contact that dispatched her he stated that she was just surprised because it was a huge mess( if my home were clean it wouldn’t have needed a deep cleaning I have small children ) not only was I disheartened that I had to cancel everything I had to get done for the day but for the company to not even acknowledge the absolute waste of my time and I had to ask for a refund multiple times before it was sent. 0/10 I DO NOT Recommend!!!

Great quality help. I am very comfortable with them. Seamless service. I never have to ask them to do anything. The come in, set up, and go to work.
I just stay out of their way!! One of my best decisions. Thank you Nova VIP Cleaning..office help is great also, they are there should I ever need them..

Had a great experience with this company, I coordinated the appointment with Mike for a deep cleaning and according to my needs he set everything up and gave me a reasonable quote. Two cleaners were sent, Karla and Luci, they arrived on time, ready with all of their cleaning supplies well organized and were very polite. They addressed everything that was asked for: beds were made, windows were cleaned, thorough cleaning inside drawers, closets and appliances; everything was left spotless. Mike reached out during the cleaning to make sure everything was running smoothly and payment was easy through zelle. I would definitely recommend calling The Nova cleaners for your next cleaning in Miami Beach!

Nova VIP Cleaning Services lived up to its name! We received the most VIP cleaning service possible. This was our first time using their services, and they exceeded our expectations by a mile.

I found them on Google, and based on their good reviews, I decided to reach out. Mike got in contact with me and made the time to learn about my exact needs and set a price that works for me. He also accepted a very detailed list of tasks that I required to be done and accepted pictures for reference.

As a first-time customer, I made sure to be very specific in what I needed to be cleaned, and Mike and his team were patient throughout the whole process. I had to reschedule 2-3x, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Their communication is also impeccable. We received an email confirmation the day we were booked with details of our appointment. When the team arrived at our property, they sent a video of the place before cleaning, and once we confirmed receipt of the video, they got to cleaning. A few hours later, I received pictures of the place for me to review. The communication was so great -- I was able to provide real-time feedback and they accommodated every request. It was amazing!

The place looks great, and I'm looking forward to using Nova VIP Cleaning Service again!
