Moved from Charlotte to our new home in Florida. Great crews on both ends and Larry the driver was extremely conscientious and respectful of our homes and items.
He made sure both crews went above and beyond. Making sure everything was protected and loaded properly and unloaded and unpacked on the other end.
Penni was also great as our moving coordinator and was in contact with us throughout the process. We had no damaged or broken items which is always a concern when moving. Would recommend EE Ward for your move.

Excellent group of people. EVERYONE was very kind, punctual, and efficient, especially Ray Perry our driver!!!!! NONE of our belongings were damaged and both teams of packers were "on point." I am a hard person to please so you can believe that my review is sincere. Moving from The Carolinas to Texas was stressful, but my worries were minimized after they rang my doorbell, and greeted me with a smile. I will definitely recommend your company to others. I hired this moving company based on their promise of being on time and ensuring the safety of my belongings. However, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.

First of all, they showed up late and in a truck that was way too small to fit all of my furniture and boxes. As a result, they had to cram everything in, causing potential damage to my items.

But the worst part was when they sent only one mover to unload everything at my new home. I had king beds, dressers, and other large items that clearly required two people to move, yet they expected me to help them with the heavy lifting. This is absolutely unacceptable considering the amount of money I paid for their services.

Overall, I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about the well-being of their customers' belongings. Stay far away from them if you value your sanity and your possessions.

Absolutely amazing, how all persons involved Mindy Sanders EE Ward, Jenny North American Vans, and of course truck drive Jessie…all were professional and courteous during an extremely stressful time of our lives. Mindy was super patient all the while I was inundating her with questions and concerns. Jenny was in constant contact to ensure all was going as planned. Jessie very thoughtful and helpful throughout loading and unloading as well as the staff with him. I cannot stress enough how well everything went during our move. We will not hesitate recommending EE Ward and North American Vans to friends, family and total strangers. All involve deserve a RAISE!! Excellent service from all aspects of the business. Starting with the move assessment and quotation thru the packing and loading. Especially pleased to have the same crew of 3 who wrapped our furniture and belongings move it 800 miles away and unpack. One of the best moves we have experienced.
