I have tried a few different cleaning people/companies since I moved to NYC and although those companies were okay they weren’t great or worth the money in my opinion. BUT then I tried Homero and I was not only pleasantly surprised but thoroughly impressed! From the beginning of getting an estimate and scheduling they were extremely professional and very communicative when I was explaining what I was looking for. The team that showed up for my appointment were so cheerful and very friendly! Even during my appointment they contacted me to see if I was okay if the head of the cleaning team could stop by to make sure everything that I asked for was getting done.
I am not one to write reviews (good or bad) but I felt I needed to leave one about Homero for anyone else who is very particular like me looking for a cleaning company that is worth the money and friendly and trustworthy. I will be using them regularly now.

Homero was amazing.. specifically our wonderful cleaner, Carla. She was so efficient with her time and exceeded all expectations. The folks at Homero are super accommodating, respectful and kind. They went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I had a good experience. I highly suggest the “special mission” clean. I had a roommate that wasn’t the best at cleaning; and Carla made my entire apartment SPARKLE in just 4 hours. I would highly recommend.
