Las chicas hicieron buen trabajo pero dejan las luces prendidas sin motivo. Cuando regrese' estaban las luces prendidas del piso de arriba y las de las escaleras y no se puede decir que era para que yo viera los resultados mejor porque era pleno dia. Tambien me encontre' con que el bano del basement la puerta estaba cerrada y la luz prendida cuando no se habia limpiado aun (parece que lo usaron, lo cual no lo veo mal si tuvieron necesidad pero no dejar la luz prendida sin motivo, y la luz no esta' conectado al extractor). Esto se le tiene que recomendar porque es muy facil dejar las luces prendidas para el que no la paga.

Love Nav-EX! A friend has been recommending them for years and I was happy with the results of their work for my friend. I finally decided to give it a shot. Luis visited my home and did a walk through with me and asked questions to understand the nature of the
assignment. Silvia and Nora arrived with smiles within the assigned timeframe. They did an excellent job! It felt like they had been working with me for a long time! I expect to be working with them for a long time!

I had high expectations for Nav Ex Cleaning after a neighbor’s recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I gave a team of two ladies to focus on specific areas in my already-cleaned house. My instructions were clear: clean the oven, one full bathroom, a powder room, window seals, baseboards, the exposed hardwood floors, and to dust. The space they needed to cover was minimal—about 800 sq. feet, with 70% of the floors covered by rugs.

While the oven was cleaned well, the rest of the service was disappointing. After they left, I did a quick check, and I was able to pull debris right off the bathroom floor with a tissue. The baseboards were dusted but not thoroughly cleaned, and they neglected to dust wall art or move pictures to clean underneath. Curious, I Swiffered the floor in other parts of the house, and, unsurprisingly, it was clear the cleaning was subpar.

Overall, I feel like it was a waste of both time and money. Aside from the oven, the quality of the cleaning was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this service.

As usual the 2-Nav-Ex Employees did an AwesomeJob. They have been cleaning our 3 level home since we bought our home. Arrived on time today and left once done. I will definitely recommend Nax-Ex-- reasonable prices.

Took extremely to long to clean. 3 hours spent for two people to only clean one level fully of a home that is cleaned on a daily basis.I will not us agian!And response to you yes did say mentioned it may be added time for 3 levels but the fact that your team took 3 hours on one level way unacceptable.Ive owned a cleaning company In addition have used cleaning services in the past.In no way did I anticipate your team not being able to complete atleast 70% of the job in 3hours.As i want to highlight the fact again my home is not a heavy traffic home.They even left supplies on the the floor

I have used NavEx services for over 12 years. They do it all & well! The house sparkles, they staff are all very pleasant , trustworthy, & detail oriented. We have also used them for power washing, window cleaning, etc. I highly recommend this company. Customer Service is excellent.
The price is very fair for the quality they deliver. They are also insured and bonded. You won't be disappointed!
