I’ve had an amazing experience with Isabella! Every week, when she comes to our home, it feels completely transformed. She cares so much, has such a great deal of expertise, and does such a fine and thorough job every time. Patsy has added so much order to our lives. It feels like a spa treatment when she’s been, and we love starting the weekend with a clean apartment. This service via Patsy is worth every single penny!

I should have listened to the other unhappy customers. I spent close to $500 on a move-out cleaning for my 600 sq ft apartment, and the service much less than satisfactory. After the cleaners left, I had to spend almost two hours re-cleaning, because they had missed so many obvious areas (as in, they didn’t even vacuum properly after I provided a vacuum). I took photo evidence of everything the cleaners had missed, however customer service refused to give me a partial refund or resolve this matter in any way, just because I hadn’t emailed them within 48 hours of the service. I was quite busy with my move, so I hadn’t had time to email within 48 hours, however I did provide time stamped photos.

Patsy is the most outstanding cleaner at MyClean. I have been a client of MyClean and Patsy for over 10 years now, and have incredibly high expectations and am very detailed. Patsy has outperformed my expectations each and every time - she is very professional, extremely thorough, detailed, trustworthy, loves her job, and is incredibly kind. I highly recommend MyClean. My preferred cleaner, Lissette, is wonderful! Every 2 weeks she arrives on time and professionally cleans our entire apartment, including underneath the furniture. I value her hard work and appreciate her pleasant demeanor.
