Amazing is an understatement. Cleaners showed up and got right to work. They were professional, courteous, and very nice. They even cleaned all baseboards and put away all my dog toys which they are a lot lol absolutely a great experience. Booking online was also very easy and convenient. Thank you Mya Cleaning 🙂

I was advised that the cleaners would be at my house between 8-9. They showed up at 9:30 citing a tire problem. They didn’t advise me until after 9!

After they said they were finished cleaning, I went through the house. Everything was covered in dust and cobwebs. They didn’t clean out the medicine cabinet, as pictured. Even after asking them to re-clean parts of the floor they missed, they didn’t.

I’ve attached a picture of a moist paper towel that I used to wipe the floor after the cleaners left. It’s so filthy and disgusting that I want to throw up! They didn’t even bother to wipe off the top of the fridge. What I keep noticing as the days progress are more and more problems with the service I hired this company to accomplish.

I would neither recommend nor would I use Mya again. Waste of time and money. Upon complaint, they offered a tiny fraction of my money back! I will now dispute the charge with credit card company because these women must have been doing any else but cleaning! I would never use nor recommend this company… EVER!

Update… after reaching out again to show more pictures of the poor condition my house was left in, I was offered a full refund and what I believe was a heartfelt apology. While the cleaning was sub-par, the customer service was not!

Mya Cleaning Services is a delight to do business with every time. Kevin paid close attention to detail in making sure my house was clean. He is also kind and pleasant to converse with! Every area of my house was no problem for him. My home smells fresh, the floors and bathroom are clean, and I'll surely plan more frequent cleaning sessions in the future.

Superior customer support and communication. I appreciate the SMS updates on arrival and schedule. My three bedrooms and two bathrooms were immaculately cleaned by Angela, who was also really courteous and efficient. She even cleaned my espresso maker and emptied the pod bin!
