We used this cleaning company for our home in Seton, Calgary and it was great! The two ladies did an amazing job leaving the kitchen sparkling clean (like nothing I've ever seen in my home haha). Both ladies were friendly and efficient and understood English very well. Also the manager on the phone was nice and professional. They know how to do their job. Our kids and dog love them too! Would definitely recommend to any family looking for a reliable cleaning service.

I’ve been a client of this cleaning company for almost 2 years, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with their services. Living in SW Calgary, I’m fortunate to have the same team of cleaners visit my home regularly. They know my home well and always go above and beyond to keep everything in perfect order. Over time, I’ve even developed a friendship with cleaners!

Recently, I came across some shocking comments online, particularly one from a former employee named Leah Wine, who was fired from the company. It's clear to me that these reviews are being written with malicious intent, aimed at damaging the company’s reputation. It’s incredibly disheartening to see a former employee trying to destroy a business that provides quality service and jobs to many people.

As a business owner myself, I understand that not every employee fits every role. People get hired and sometimes let go — that’s a normal part of running a business. But for an ex-employee to retaliate in this manner is beyond unacceptable. Is it now a trend for any fired individual to try and ruin someone else’s livelihood? I’m disappointed that such unjust behavior is being overlooked by platforms like Google.

I will continue to support this company and their hardworking team. They deserve better than these false, spiteful attacks.

I was very excited to have my house spring cleaned (little late but still) the company started out having great communication with me regarding everything to be done in my place, I gave clear instructions, they even called when the cleaners were running late. Then they got to my house…we go from a possible 5 ⭐️ to 1 ⭐️
In the time they were here the cleaning was adequate at best, nothing spectacular! At some point one of the cleaners accidentally bumped up my temperature gauge to a whopping 30 degrees and someone accidentally turned on a space heater that was right next to a leather couch (where you have to physically press a button to turn it on)
When I got home my house was beyond hot and I noticed the space heater, when I contacted the company there was no response until the following Monday when I called to let them know what happened. The girl answering the phone was very concerned and asked for an email with photos. The response I got back from the owner was laughable!!! She said her cleaners would never do anything like that, even accidentally, so it wasn’t them BUT they were the only ones in my home for that time so…
I have tried multiple times to follow up with the owner and she is refusing to return my calls!
Moral of this story if you are looking to get your house cleaned DO NOT spend your hard earned money with this company. You definitely do not get what you pay for and they try to get more from you. Not worth it! Stay away!!!!

It is laughable that this company thinks this was written by a former employee as it certainly was not. We hired them for a move out clean the beginning of December 2023. Get your facts straight before you start throwing our allegations backed by nothing Mrs Un-clean.

Worst cleaning company I’ve ever had the displeasure of hiring or dealing with. Take zero accountability, charge double that of any other company and do a far worse job. Cleaners can’t speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Spent the first hour walking around (which they charged us for) viewing the home, making calls. Tried to use our vacuum that we were packing as this was a move out clean. Showed up two hours early and were annoyed when we asked the to come back and they refused. Needed a second day to finish because “they were losing daylight” - why this wouldn’t have been planned ahead is beyond me. Showed up four hours late the next day and left early again due to “losing daylight”. Extremely unorganized, home owner was no longer comfortable using them as it was always a new person and she did not want to allow just anyone into her home. Had to hire a second company who did a PHENOMENAL job. Was promised via phone call and text we would receive a refund. Then told “e-transfers take a while” (absolute lie) and did not receive it. Texted and called numerous times for the next several months and were given excuses such as “she’s not in the office, she’s in a meeting, she’ll be here next week, we’re on break, we have new staff”. It was the same staff as when we hired them several months before according to the staff photos and bios on their website, again another blatant lie. When I was finally able to get through to the company owner FOUR MONTHS LATER, she dismissed everything I said, never apologized, never took accountability, told me we would receive no refund, was a completely terrible person to deal with and a terrible company owner. I truly hope this company goes bankrupt and no one ever hires this scam of a company again. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Worst company do not hire ever. I’ve read hundred of disappointed reviews and the company never takes accountability, instead they pick the one positive thing they can find and only comment on that. Completely insulting. If they have the audacity to respond to this after screening my calls, I will make sure to add it to my BBB. Do not respond your words are not welcome Mrs Clean.

Due to issues with quality, dependability, inaccuracy of cost estimates, and poor customer service, I will no longer be utilizing this cleaning company and would discourage others from doing so.

Update - rental tenants arrived after a deep clean specifically focused on the kitchen, to find large areas of the kitchen covered in grease. Mrs Clean even added additional time and cost from the original estimate, still to not complete the basic scope of the cleaning requested. It is the latest in a long list of issues with this company. Attempted numerous times to reach the company by phone and email to discuss resolution, but am currently being ghosted.
