Easy to book an appointment. They were prompt and adjusting some things to see if that would help for on my fridge before having to replace parts. Would recommend this is the second time I used their services. They repaired another fridge a few years ago for me.

Easy to book appointment. The Serviceman arrived in a timely manner and assessed the problem quickly. He then ordered the parts and explained the repair process. We paid for the repair and parts prior to his departure.
The parts arrived in a few days and the Serviceman returned as scheduled and quickly replaced the parts and checked that the washer was working properly.

Anthony from Mr. Appliance fixed my dishwasher this morning! This company has amazing communication with their customers. I was texted the day before with a timeframe and a picture of the technician. I was texted the morning of with a notification that he was on the way. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for repairs.
