The staffs are friendly and I love that they are responsive on text. Their app is easy to use. I've used them twice and so far, everything has been great!

I recently hired more maids to clean my apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of professional cleaning.

The booking process was straightforward and convenient. I was able to schedule an appointment online, and the company was very accommodating in finding a time that worked for me. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived promptly and were incredibly courteous and professional.

As for the cleaning itself, I was thoroughly impressed. The team paid close attention to detail and left no corner untouched. My apartment has never looked cleaner!

Moreover, the entire process was hassle-free, and I appreciated the open communication from the company. They were responsive to any questions I had and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the service.

The MoreHands app is very helpful when making selections/adjustments to an appointment. I also appreciate the reminder texts the week of the appointment and the texts on the day of with ETA.

I absolutely LOVE MoreHands and can not recommend them highly enough.

Our home takes about three hours to clean with two ladies. We don’t always have the same ladies but we mostly do. I like the consistency and it increases the trust of having people in our home. I also think it makes it easier for the ladies as they get to know our home and where things are.

The ladies are very methodical working their way through the rooms and from top to bottom ending with mopping the floor and letting themselves out the front door.

We use their service every three weeks and I love the way our home looks after each cleaning. They really do an excellent job!

Payment is easy on a stored credit card and you have an option to tip through their online link. Their website and app are easy to use although I tend to email requests and they are answered promptly and courteously.

A special shout out to the wonderful ladies that were here after Christmas. They put a shine on surfaces that I thought had lost their luster!!! Carmen was so patient with my horrible Spanish. I was trying to ask how to tip and instead I was saying gratis which means free. ‍♀️? I eventually got it figured out thanks to Google Translate!

I usually wouldn’t review a cleaning service, however having been a MoreHands customer for over a year I wanted to give them a shoutout. We usually get the same team, and the house is always sparkling clean. Sometimes they miss a few spots but that’s expected in general, can’t always be perfect. What compelled me to leave a review, and recommend a professional service like MoreHands, however, was a recent occurrence. One of the cleaners accidentally damaged something minor, made sure to report it to both me and the back office, and MoreHands went out of their way to make it right! I cannot commend them more for it! Very professional, and relentlessly worked to get the damage taken care of!
